As I said before, the CEO has a history of building up company's to much larger concerns. Given his comments of a bright future at SRG he may have similar ambitions here.

Anyone got any (updated?) forecasts for this year please ?
By the look of it could be a p/e of less than 10 at this price.

Classic double bottom.

Indeed, clearly still under valued going forward.

Still plenty of nibbling going on.

Every small-ish buy raises the price.

I have always found that setting the limit above the ask usually gets a fill at the ask.

Never been able to get an on-line quote - had to buy all using fill 'n kill ' .25p above ask, but all have been filled at the ask.

Agreed, seems they got a good deal even with paying over the price.

I wonder if they buy their beer in this way?! :0)

I have tried also and was quoted 3p over so whoever bought got an excellent deal.

I think you right cfro, I tried to top up yesterday but couldn't get an offer for any amount over 2k shares, not even over the offer!

Yep, whoever it was had to pay over the offer price too. Virtually no stock available imo.

Totally agree IC2, that upbeat statement is unusual from what is usually a cautious Director.

I was reviewing SRG again this weekend, a ratio that really stood out was the EV/EBITDA of only 3.14. This is extremely low when the market average is 11.5. Some may view SRG a purely a value investment, but after the impressive interims I believe there is more to the company now.

Yes they are cash rich, but they reported net margins of 11% (conservative figure after deducting the small £0.113m one off gain) all three divisions are performing well. And the icing on the cake imo, is the outlook statement.

The Directors are confident that with improving performance in each of its
divisions the outlook for the Group is decidedly positive.)

You need to get your purse out for that to happen.

Really dont think it matters either way Ic2. The main thing is that there needs to be volume each time.

As you say, a move above 65p would confirm.

I mentioned here about a double bottom having formed, I should have said a potential double bottom, because it hasn't completed yet. To complete we need to see a break of the middle of the W 65p.

There are some evidence that this could be a strong double bottom, the volume at each low is very high which is perfect imo. The only doubt is if the second low should undercut the first low, or in fact be higher? My favourite two books on the subject have opposite opinions, William O'Neal "How to make money in stocks" says it should undercut, yet William Jiler in "How charts can help you in the Stock Markets" says the opposite.

As so often with technicals, there a different interpretations, either way I think the SRG chart might have found a turning point imo.

Although still a very small company its future is interesting now that it has been restructured.
The company is now actually doing quite well and the future looks positive but if you take a look at its chairman then you can see that there is every chance that he has big plans for little SRG.

"Mr. Jonathan Philip Mervis is an Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. He has a background in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring both in the UK and internationally. He has led teams responsible for corporate expansion and enhancement of shareholder value in two listed companies. He was Chairman of Hansom Group plc and before that Chief Executive of Unigroup plc."

Welcome cfro :o)

These are very difficult to buy today, just tried for a few more, but no chance, even using a fill/kill. :o(
