Me too actually scott, I just feel history repeats itself with many stocks .. and I had these when times were good. Those times are back and it wouldn't surprise me to see another 200-300 points here.

But all a gamble...!

Yes a nice 50k buy just gone through at 579. It will crack 600p and possibly 700p in time imo, just a little impatient i guess.

I have to admit that i am getting more than a little miffed at SVS and its reluctance to go through 600p, there is only so many times i can add on the pull back to 570.

on the business news this am one estate agent with 16 staff
wanted 60k of the government money put aside for small business
the bank offered them 20k with strings attached
there will never be a recovery if the banks hoard the money
unless you want a credit card, and screw the consumer @ 20% plus
as in 94 dozens of good businesses will fold through lack of funding
RR are funding their own suppliers
follow the trend, the "economists" article on the capitol
suburban dreams
5/6 a chance for those on the sidelines to wait and pick off some bargains
but how long will sell off last, weeks?

visited half a dozen est, agents yesterday with someone
looking to set up a pension with a btl, of the 15 odd props viewed over a couple of days, 50% were sellers in financial trouble, cashing in to live with relatives/rent
this does not seem a seem like a sound economic recovery imo

the future seems to point to considerably fewer props being marketed and
more controlled by prop portfolios owned by L/L,institutions even
pension funds, as rental returns go ever higher

in one attractive staffs village, the sold signs are going up, but on rightmove
you have to back to last dec to find sales completed at land registry

Breakout Monday imo - it's had several goes but met a profit taker - I think that volume cleared him today.

Great close right on that £6 again - through that and the illiquidity will take these up sharply imo.
