Can someone please explain what will happen to the 3000 shares I own in SMK @ 0.0613 average? The circular says holders with 5000 or more will benefit whilst I appear to get shafted.

used to be 70p and makrts are recovering fast

Apart from the fact that they are both companies, how do you feel that the situations are related?
CLM has recently announced results that include a move into profitability and has also announced acquisitions and new client wins.
SMK is a company that has already failed its shareholders twice and is asking for funding to buy a coin collection.....

Claims People (CLM) - raised money 6 weeks ago @ 1.5p - currently 4p - ie 150%+ more then the issue price.
