double6 - If this was a RTO by a profitable established business, I could agree with you.
However, here you are buying a coin collection that is recently valued and assets which are basically new cash. What percentage return would you expect from trading coins? There are many established coin traders already, to compete with.
Unless you expect the coin collection to miraculously go up in value many many times from it's current valuation, by the time the new shares are issued, I don't see much upside apart from what you can generate by pulling in suckers via ramping.

dell314 - Are new shares normally issued below or above the current market price ?

How come you keep creeping onto these threads !!!

As I stated last week, the shares are valued at the price that people are prepared to pay for them.

Not basically at the price "new shares" are going to be issued at.

Look at companies in the past who have issued new shares at 1.5p and the share price has subsequently rose 20-fold.

Anything IS possible mate.....

LOL!
Please explain how these will reach 1p with your stock about to be taken from you and new shares equivelant to 0.23p given to you in their place?

Good to see steady buys still going through - once things calm down (and the daytraders from Friday are out of the way) I hope for the price to reach at least 1p (IMHO - DYOR)......

Nice to see the MM's will now let you sell 250k online (you can only buy 100k max), delayed buys to come ? or stock piling for another move up whether news/value/or ramp ?

D6..I never did get in to SMK...the dealer at TD Waterhouse told me it was a ramped stock and did I see it on a bulletin board...I told him I did my own research after it was brought to my attention! The MM's would only sell me £2000 worth at .8 when the price had risen to.5!

Anyhow Three fantasctic shares you brought to mine and other peoples attention to show 'WHAT YOUR TRADING"...not tips! CLS, ZYZ, SMK!

I bought ZYZ on tuesday and sold on thursday ...WAY WAY TOO EARLY! but at 35% profit!

Many thanks, and ignore the doom and gloomers...if they don't wanna make money..FINE!!

dell _ i stand corrected in my original calculation of the "new shares" - I've now amended the original post - note I did put a (?) next to the figure.

IMHO these shares still represent cracking value.

As always DYOR

Sir S. I like yur style. We obviously think alike. Same stocks, same people ramping. This is ANOTHER Pile of dung. All the coins are made of lead, but, one day when the World runs out of all precious metals, and natural resources then lead will be back in. No Roman coins here I suppose, Abranovitch deffo' interested party. Hey Sir S. were you ever involved in the ice cream biz'? Still keep away from that NEB thing by the way. Keith Young just lost his false teeeeeeeth, click cluck.

Chicken - I usually try and avoid P&D's, so I'm not trapped in ZYZ. I do feel sorry for the suckers that bought in at the top though.

I was interested to read your comments that Collins Stewart allow shorting of micro-caps.

I may check them out, as my execution only service is often a bit of a limitation.

d6 - Your calculation is wrong IMO. Effectively you get 1 new share for every 100 current shares. The new shares are placed at 23p. All that £50 share consolidation business is simply to clear out small holders of the stock and will only confuse you.

I wouldn't count on chicken as an ally. I expect he's building you up to get this as high as it will go and then he will reverse with a large short and trap a lot of you(as MMs will drop trade size)just like on ZYZ.

No debt.
Cash.
Interest on cash will cover admin fees.

So basically they are going to use their expertise to trade coins etc long term. With all costs being covered by the Interest income.

With a bit of luck they might come across a granny that has a penny black as well and decides to sell it for £5.00 - Extreme but possible !

Chicken apologies if I have made any spelling mistakes, thats why I work in Finance.

scotty its "here here" not "hear hear"

Double6 you are right > the company is worth what ever the market thinks they are worth - look back at the tmt boom those companies were worth F all but some had mkt caps of billions look at baltimore where is it now? 3p? it was £35 companies are priced at what the market feels they are worth in the future.

I am holding.
