Re what I mentioned earlier about the free float for anyone interested.

I will be selling tomorrow as stop hit good luck to all holders but just be wary as one investment house control 67.60% of the stock.

Im not in here but im in Paysafe. The fundamentals here look amazing but why with the run up to results are people selling? is this an indication of something not quite right with these results. Also why no director buys, this company looks so cheap right here so why arent the directors buying?

I've been watching this share for a while . I'm massive in Paysafe which has done well for me lately .I think this is a good share so I've been waiting to get in at circa 2 pound area as there seems to be a lot of support ... so not too far off . I wonder why the big sells if that's what they are ? The share price has pulled back a lot and all the fundamentals seem to be in place ect I'm new to this board so any info off any one I would be most appreciated In advance thank you

Well the mm's have plenty now, those 2 monster trades ( 3.25 mill approx ) listed as buys look like sells to me.

This on paper looks a cracking share but I think a major issue with it is despite being capitalised at north of 200 mil the free float is tiny which means as you say moves irregularly on tiny volume.

Note to self going forward look at companies with free float north of 40% as despite stacks of cash and good profits this one from my research has tad under 80% of stock concentrated in hands of major holders.

Equally if one of them wants out you then have an overhang situation if they aren't to decimate the price.

I hold but with hindsight probably made a mistake despite ticking most of my usual boxes.

Volumes are absolutely tiny (yesterday as well as today) relative to the fall, which suggests the MMs are taking advantage of sellers in an illiquid stock at a quiet time.

Could be considered a plus point for SCH that Sagi has chosen to sell off PTC rather than SCH to raise some funds.

Might have to buy some more here at these prices :o))

This is the opposite of that. Here mms are pushing the price down trying to get you to sell before increasing it on result day.

Sagi selling off PTEC. Not strictly related but might hint that he will sell off some SCH as well.

This may be a good thing though so this might reflect a good buying opportunity
