The only negative for me is just like crossrider SCH looks suspiciously cheap. That said, I like NT am willing to take that chsnce.

LOL - thanks rivaldo.
Hope you managed to escape CHT unscathed. When I sold out in June it was simply due to something not feeling right coupled with a few investors I value intimating that on meeting Parvar they wouldn't touch CHT with a bargepole. PJ felt exactly the same.

Slippy - New CEO has impressed in first few months. Implemented cost reductions on arrival and has not yet felt the need to spend the +$70m net cash. Existing business profitable (circa. 2.5p EPS) and cash generative. Therefore, risk/reward looks excellent with shareprice almost covered by cash.

Kind regards,
GHF

I've also had a nibble here ;-)

Was researching them following last weeks positive t/s. Unfortunately NT tipped them a little too soon.

On a PER of 12 for the current year and that fails to take into account that a third of the market cap is net cash. Enterprise Value only £200m. Throw in the 6.6% div yield for 2017, and that persuaded me in.

I'm invested in another Sagi company - CROS - which is also awash with cash. Both look excellent value at their respective share prices.

Kind regards,
GHF

Trent

Agreed

Although Sagi holding such a large stake will deter potential buyers. Why would he sell? He's s multi-billionaire with a record of growing oak trees frim acorns.

So I think the best we can hope for is a fast growing company paying mega-divis. That will do me.

His comments could have been lifted directly off this bulletin board - he must read it.

These are exactly the issue we have been banging on about.

I am confident that SCH is simply below the radar and not picking up the "hype" of the sector.

6% is a great return.

Losing big customer - unlikely. These firms ADD payment processing.

Moreover, do not underestimate the PTEC link - this is good and bad but we know that they are world leaders in their field and growing customers who they can of course feed through to SCH.

Great to see NT buying in, he's a shrewdie. And he normally holds for a long time - often a number of years - unless the story changes.

He's certainly made the difference here. It just needed a spark, and like him I can see 300p on the horizon, and more if SCH make a decent acquisition with the cash pile.

Just back from my Hols Kiruna, Sweden. Icehotel etc.

Good to see the big improvement, good move by SCH to buy back shares it looks like its cleared the overhang, a big pat on the back from me for the directors.

I don't know if " And there seems to be a big supply of shares stopping upside ", still rings true after the recent share buy-back. Only time will tell, but things look promising. So one of NT's potential negatives may well be taken off the table already.

Well his only concern as is mine is that the stock looks suspiciously cheap.

Anyway, looks like he's brought a few of his followers with him. At least we are now on the radar at least.

From threeput lse

Naked Trader has bought in: "I bought some Safecharge (SCH) which we discussed at the seminar. Four reasons for buying. A. It looks cheap. Trading on a low multiple looking at forecast next profit and the current market cap. I would rate it nearer 300p. B. It has tons of cash. C. It pays a massive dividend, more than 6%! D. It looks a sitting duck for a takeover from a bigger payments company such as Paysafe or Worldpay. (Obviously just a thought on my part!) Downside? Perhaps it could lose a major customer. And its shares look a tad suspiciously cheap but I am willing to take that risk! And there seems to be a big supply of shares stopping upside. Anyway I have bought quite a few as the upside points seem to outweigh negatives. As I explained at the seminar, negatives must be pored over!"

I have a small holding here and thinking of adding. The numbers and cash look compelling but I've been burnt before on companies with large, controlling shareholders. Is there any available info on Northenstars' intentions?

Potentially yes, I wonder how many people own more than 2 million shares but less than 4.5million shares - not many I suspect. One might even be able to work it out

Surely someone could have 2 million shares and sell them without notifying if they had under a 3% holding(approx 4.5m shares)

3% or £9m sold off at 200p yesterday and a 5% bounce today. Interesting to see if there's more support and who mops up all those £2 shares
