Maybe the answer stt as to why some posters didn't discuss some subsidiaries when talking about the future of R1 was that those posters realised they were non-core?

We now have the confirmation from the Perk document that this is indeed the case with Prime Visibility, Verti Technology Group and AdOn Network all identified in that document as being associated with non-core revenue streams.

Much though I loathe him and object strongly to his using his 'Harvard Professor' nomenclature for commercial gain, Edleman was correct and Blinkx has had to reinvent itself entirely.

And as usual STT will not answer any direct question all give a view on a subject when asked but comes back with irrelevant ballocks about leadimpact, pinball or verti when blinkx is in the past and we are dealing with 1R which is the present and the future

sikhthetech for someone who constantly ask every punter here their views you don't seem to ever want to answer a question or state your own personal view!

Seems very odd that you can't answer organic growth or it's better to buy growth

or if this share is a buy, sell or short

or even what your view on why blinkx Ltd has not filed their accounts yet even though they last time they filed them was on 15 January so still three days to go

Maybe it's because in June RhythmOne plc took over all the assets and shares from blinkx Ltd therefore no need for blinkx to file accounts any more

Could be wrong but it's just a thought....


No good asking for a view as it depends on if he's long or short on the share bit like asking about buying growth or organic growth

Rhythmone - is lining up to tackle the same area as Ve Interactive IMO. Ve interactive has financials (Revenue/EDBIT) lower than RTHM and yet a pre-float (possible year end) new money valuation from recent fundraise of $2.8bn...

worth bearing in mind the appetite for this sector, they are certainly in the right space

also, according to CompanyCheck, as of last accounts filed (31st March for all 'blinkx' subsidaries) one of subsidaries closing on 17th Jan had cash of £11m and net worth of £118m...

They closed Blinkx Media last March and now Blinkx UK holding & Blinkx UK2... will they close Blinkx UK next year???? why not in 1 go...
