Posted at 02/5/2024 11:05 by jaknife The new shares aren't in CREST and haven't been issued yet. The new shareholders aren't going to put any money in until RBG has first successfully completed the "Restructuring Plan", which is a legal process that needs court approval. If the Plan doesn't complete then the new shareholders walk and don't put the cash in. |
Posted at 04/4/2024 08:36 by seangwhite Loading up with debt was a masterstroke by Edelman &Co, pity it now looks like it has crippled RBG. |
Posted at 03/4/2024 09:13 by seangwhite A sad end for all those who thought that the Edelman & co scheme of loading RBG up debt would work out |

Posted at 21/2/2024 11:33 by the imperialist From 2017:Takeover battle raging Revolution is currently in the middle of a takeover battle between Stonegate Pub Company Limited, which is offering 203p per share in cash for the firm, and the Deltic Group Limited, which is proposing an all-share merger. Today Deltic revealed its latest offer for Revolution. The proposal provides for a combination under which existing Revolution shareholders would own 65% of the group, and Deltic owners would hold 35% of the enlarged group. According to the buyer, the combined group should benefit from approximately £6.8m of currently identified pre-tax cost synergies and approximately £0.9m of pre-tax financing synergies. What’s more, the group is “expected to be highly cash generative and financed conservatively, ” and there is to be “no change to Revolution’s existing dividend policy.“ |

Posted at 16/2/2024 09:12 by mr pierrepoint I have a feeling that a very nice surprise might be just around the corner for long suffering RBG holders.Do your own research as always. |
Posted at 24/1/2024 09:32 by bspgamer You have TR1 investors massively under water and this company won't get a raise. Down here. They either close most of the RBG and CUBA brand or go bust simple as that this year is not going to get any better. Everyone is skint |
Posted at 17/1/2024 20:01 by seangwhite No surprise at today's drop in the S P with news out on how badly the UK nightlife industry is at present. The Keith Edelman model of piling debt on the RBG entity is the precursor of this destruction of shareholder value. If the BOD is really intent on saving RBG it would slim itself as a start of of severe cost cutting program. |
