You have to remember that share prices can go up and down . But you seem to have missed my point. If you have £10k to spend on shares would you not try and buy them at a cheaper price first . Its no different than doing a limited buy.
As can be seen the buyer has upped his price as he cant get the shares at the £170 mark . So now his trying to get them at £180. If no seller he may have to go higher . The gamble is someone else may want shares and bid £200 , leaving our £180 buyer without any shares . If the price goes up to £220 then he is paying more for less.

Hmmmm. Two share trades completed already according to REF trading page.

3 shares sold at £200 each and another 3 at £180. EBT??

Ps. Also the 50 previously "wanted" at £170 have had the price upped to £185 now being offered.

Many of us bought at a much higher price than 200 pounds.

man1 but what about those that bought at £200, surely they will not be happy to see selling at £170 surely this will discourage buying....

Hi Phil ,
I dont think there are any charges for this service . i presume the company will pass on to the buyer or seller the name of the interested party . On your certificates you can transfer into another parties name and i presume this is what the company are trying to get its holders to do .

I maybe wrong , but i will make some enqs and get back to you , on how the board see this working .

Im impressed with the 4 week turnaround on the interims . Hopefully our client will be impressed with the product and will be able to find buyers themselves .

Philmac, nothing wrong with trying to get a good deal on your shares ,suppose its the price we pay for how the shares are traded at this time.
Depends on how desperate the sellers are . At least we know someone is interested in buying at £180.

Im sure we will continue to grow and it wont be long before people are wanting to buy these at higher prices . Espcially if the divi keeps rising .

Interesting:-

REF in-house sharedealing service now has someone offering 3 shares at £180, and there is someone wishing to purchase 50 at £170.

Is a new "level" being found?

Shame the trade offers are not dated, would be useful to know. Also, no comment about whether or not there are any charges for this service.

so we now have an advertising channel for share for sale 7 buy, which it appears is more transparent than JPJ was.

I can see some individuals have been quick off the mark to advertise their sells, great move, now to get them noticed on the wider market if possible, to see the share price rise for them.

Oh and before anyone mentions it .

I have already passed on an idea / company which were doing some great stuff at a wedding i was at recently .
it cost me the time to write a email , but could benefit me as a shareholder in the future.

Hi All ,
Well positive news from the company .Priority has to be getting them contracts in and growing the business , balanced with addressing shareholder concerns .
As a shareholder ,therefore part owner of the company ,any ideas or opportunities should be passed on to the board for them to investigate .
it would be like having 800 sales staff scattered around the country .

Dear Shareholder

As detailed in the Interim Statement, your board has been looking at ways to improve the market for shares in the Company and is aware that some shareholders are experiencing difficulties trading through JP Jenkins. As a result a Share Trade page has now been added to the Reflec PLC website which will enable people, anonymously, to advertise their Reflec PLC shares for sale and also their interest in buying Reflec PLC shares.

We will maintain the JP Jenkins service for now and trades will still be available via them (www.lmmx.co.uk).

Also, the company has been notified by the Reflec Employee Benefit Trust, that they have limited funds to purchase shares from Reflec PLC shareholders with 1 or 2 shares. Purchases will be made on a first come first served basis. If you are interested in this please contact me on the number below and I will pass your interest on to the Trustees.

Regards,

Martin Cope
Finance Director/Company Secretary

Hi All ,
Well nice to see a 16% rise in divi . If this continues the share price should see some positive momentum in the future. With the 24 hour working within the next reporting period , could be interesting .

Thanks to the BOD and the staff for their continued efforts .

working on a contract 24hours 7 days a week, now that sound promising. Increase in divi to £3.50, well we cannot complain about that...just wish they could sort out a better way for shares to be traded....

JP Jenkins

Well it certainly looks as if they have lost interest in Reflec!!

They don't seem interested in updating the data on their website, top ticker still shows £170!!!!

It is easy to have that amount in an ISA as you can bring all of your allowances together even from the time when when we had PEP's. The amount 4screws is quoting is just one years allowance.

philmac 1.5 million at 9.5 in an isa ...impossible as you can only have 11500x 2 so that's £23k, the value you are saying is 3142K...MIGHT NEED TO PAY YOU AS A FINANCIAL ADVISOR.
