Anybody having the same problems as me.

I have downloaded Reflec's annual report and accounts and read them. Now everytime I switch off my browser it states that I am still downloading the report and accounts. I have to cancel the download.

I use Firefox as a browser.

I have compared shareholdings last year report to this year report.

Looks like two of the BOD have increased their holding, and the EBT holding has decreased.

I wonder if Barclayshare Nom Ac have gone below the 3%, just so no need to inform, or have the lot been sold.

Well read the letter recieved today from the Co, it appears that "thr gang" may be up to their antics once again as the AGM gets closer.

Shame on them i say!!!

I would think that we could get the ann report this time next week, if the Co are consistent to the previous two years.

I wonder if re-listing will be a consideration on the agenda!!!!

If the costs involved meant losing the divi, it would not have my vote.

The sad thing is that they are persisting on bleeding the Co of money that could be used elsewhere & time of BOD members, both could be used better for the sake of the CO

so, picturehappy jumps all over the unsubstantiated "research" by one of the newer gang members, philmiboots, and can't wait to post on here using it as a stick to beat the BOD with.

Yet, some very serious and interesting points posted by man1 and a few (what I think are) pertinent questions posted by me and

....well

....nothing.

"No comment" maybe. It does make you wonder what is going on here, doesn't it?

They are just raping us of funds re legal fees.

Well we know at least 2 of the board are in the top 9.

Hi UPT,
I have always said lets get all the issues out in the open so we can see what the allegations are . I fully support our BOD , but as i have always said if they are in the wrong lets hear from both sides so we can find a solution and move forward.

But this complaint re shareholders is petty . I am into a company called PTR , there biggest shareholder is Russian with the company based in Dublin. They aren't shouting you don't want to alienate us so hold the next EGM which they have requested in Russia.

As for the 9 other largest shareholders have agreed to meet you , it's all just a smoke screen to suggest to all the other shareholders that the largest holders agree with picturehappy and his associates .
How do i know this you may ask ?
Well if UPT holding is 7th . I know three holders with more than you , myself included and non have been approached to even attend the meeting themselves .
I noted at the AGM the appearance of Ian Proud a ex director in the anti board gang . Many moons ago i was asked by John Heaton to call Mr Proud so i did so . The conversation was all about how we were going to install a new chairman Tim Hearly who was well known in the industry and would significantly change the prospects of the company . On his appointment alone the shares would double ...

well the only thing that happened was Ian Proud got himself a place on the board . All shareholders got was the wasting of £800k on Perseus and a 50-1 share consolidation destroying shareholder value .So what gripe does he have now , the fact the we made him get off the gravy train ??

Just as BIGGLO wanted to do something with the reflectives business , so was given a joint venture by the current BOD . I had a position with the joint venture company .Along with a reflec director and two directors appointed yb BIGGLO. All bigglo hasd to do was fund the business as per the joint venture agreement . But they failed to do so , they never brought any concerns to the joint venture board and so in the end Reflec terminated the agreement . So the only people they can blame for them loosing money are themselves for not honoring the agreement .
It is definitely time to draw a line and move forward ....

It seems to me that the only stick they have to beat the BOD now is the venue of the AGM. How sad is that.

If they had a robust legal case we would have heard about it by now as they would have served it to the company. So it is about time they stopped the whisperings and innuendos because it looks as though they have nothing.

If you look back at the posts on here you'll see I've asked them question after question, each of which has been studiously ignored. It has to make you think they haven't got the answers and it is actually all about sour grapes from one of the gang about something.

And yet, after all that the gang have, apparently, granted me an audience with them as long as I go up North to see them. How kind of them is that.
