16/3/2013 14:38 | 4screws I use Hargreaves Lansdown, i hav a share ac & an isa ac. They allow you online to bed & isa and only charge i transaction fee. Sorry i have no experience with HBOS, i would have thought that HBOS would offer the same facility to bed & isa?????? please don't take my word for it.. I certainly have no such problems with H L, i transfferred the max of 11,20 from my ac to my wife & bed & isa'd them in feb. my intention will be to do the same again on 8th april. i have not taken any profit, as i still see a long way to go. my intention is in until £2, take my initial holding out and leave the rest to run. i never expected it to rise as quickly as it has.....good luck | philmac56
16/3/2013 13:42 | Far too expensive to transfer from a nominee account onto share certificates unless the value is in thousands of pounds. I think £35 is the lowest price most charge. I have no idea if Reflec shares can be transferred now they are no longer on LSE. | johndee
16/3/2013 09:09 | philmac cant get mine transferred from noiminee account with hbos into an isa...any ideas...yes holding and yes took some profit. | 4screws
13/3/2013 19:46 | 4 screws i hope you made a buck or two at TCG. More to come all in ISA....IMO/DYOR | philmac56
01/3/2013 13:20 | well 1st march, St Davids day and another financial year starts at Reflec. Now we await the news!!!!! | philmac56
27/2/2013 14:58 | You call that "clarification" FFS?!! As opaque as most RNS's. I just thought that you might like your shareholding highlighted in the table at the top of the thread next to mine! | philmiboots
27/2/2013 14:42 | For clarification, have edited post 1115. On a more cheerful note, I've calculated that if, as I anticipate, REF's share price gains the same each year for the next 10 years as it's done in the past twelve months (66%), the price will be over £10,000/share ! Positive thinking, there's nothing like it. :-) | clangor2
27/2/2013 13:10 | new mind what he holds!!! Divi time soon | philmac56
27/2/2013 11:28 | I thought it meant he had none. Part of a new share was sent in cash. 0.2 shares is impossible. | johndee
27/2/2013 10:27 | Blimey clangor2 that is a bit of a conundrum, like one of those brain teasers at the back of the Sunday Times colour supplement, do they still do them?! I was trying to fathom out how many shares you have/had! I know maths isn't my strong point! One of your posts from yonks ago said (I think) that you had 75k shares in old money, but I expect you have traded some over the years. From the above do I take it you have 10,405/50 = 208 shares. Or is it 0.2% of £10,405 which would be 21 shares! Or is it something completely different? Just curious. | philmiboots
25/2/2013 12:52 | Indeed, the 'enemy' guns appear to have fallen quiet, is it the calm before the storm ? Set to and got my share portfolio details entered on the computor at long last during the bitterly cold weekend. Shock, horror ! I don't know whether any other long termers have bothered to work out the cost/share of their initial purchase (mine in March 2000) in today's currency of £50 shares, but mine came out as a staggering £10,405/share !! Thankfully I only bought today's equivalent of 0.2 of one share. Think I might have to wait a couple more years before I get my money back on that one. (lol) | clangor2
25/2/2013 12:52 | up No echo here then!!!!!!! But you are repeating your request | philmac56
25/2/2013 12:25 | Bloomin loads of it. Brilliant conditions. And to cap it all, it was sunny for the whole week and so much snow had fallen the two weeks previous that the pistes didn't get icy. Off piste was great too. Still nothing to refute the company standpoint I see - it is quieter here than on top of the mountains!! | upthepool
22/2/2013 15:53 | Snow flurries in the South East !!! not enough to cause chaos to the traffic yet | scalie
21/2/2013 20:58 | How's the snow in Saint Jean de Belleville then UpThePool? | philmiboots
19/2/2013 17:44 | so we have no intention of having the pie chart corrected i take it!!!!!!!!!!!! | philmac56
15/2/2013 07:48 | keep on the piste, don't stray, if you do gone on the peeeeeeeeeee | philmac56
14/2/2013 17:32 | phil; Looks they've gone for the "shut up" rather than "put up" option. To be honest the gang of 45 have made themselves look rather silly by the wall of silence since the Board commented. By inference it must also mean that they are not acting on behalf of ALL the shareholders as stated by the mouthpiece but, in fact, just themselves and whatever personal gripe they have. The fact that they won't tell on here what it is can lead to no other conclusion - and makes me grumpy. What also makes me grumpy is the time (and money, possibly - don't know if they are) the Board are having to put aside for this - both of which could be much better spent!!! And with that I'm going skiing - I'm sure by the time I get back the gang will have explained to us all about it. | upthepool
13/2/2013 10:41 | So, almost 24 hours later and I can still hear those pins dropping. Our trusty gang of 45 heroes, who galloped over the hill to act on behalf of ALL shareholders (apparently!) have gone into hiding as soon as those baddies from REF stood up, explained their position and put some facts on the table. There mouthpiece talked too much, so retribution by the leaders has been swift and ruthless (they've taken away his keyboard......what brutes they are). What will happen now. Will our heroes come back fighting, or will they scuttle away and hide behind the legal eagles whilst in the background costing OUR company hard earned cash fighting them in a dispute which they are not prepared to explain to the rest of us shareholders (although they are acting on our behalf - apparently). For what it is worth, I don't think this has got anything to do with the amount of shares owned by the board and the EBT. I wonder if anyone will put me right? | upthepool
13/2/2013 09:49 | philme boots, are you going yo change your errors in your pie charts!!!!! | philmac56
