Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN) ("Redcentric" or the "Company"), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that it has received notification from Peter Brotherton, Chief Executive Officer, that William Edward Brotherton, his son and person closely associated ("PCA") with him, purchased 7,020 ordinary shares in the Company on 1 December 2023 at a price of GBP1.282 per ordinary share. As a result, Mr Brotherton, together with his connected persons, holds an interest over 452,479 ordinary shares, representing 0.29 % of the total voting rights of the Company.
