What I don't understand is with the money recently raised why didn't they drill an appraisal well at Barryroe which would prove up the asset more ( and oil in place ) than risk everything on a high-risk exploration well which is more than likely ( given the industry odds of success for exploration) to fail.It just seems the industry doesn't share the same enthusiasm for Barryroe that our leader does . They are not so easily taken in by his blarney.

It just underlines the cavalier attitude of our great and glorious leaders

Do you think Our Suntanned wonder is busy now sorting out his Easter vacation. There is complete radio silence as there is zero news . Guys , there never will be a Barryroe deal . The only think which might remotely happen is that by some miracle PVR farm-out Druid , the drill savings and maybe some cash might enable them to drill the appraisal well at Barryroe.

The Fugro Searcher is still in Falmouth, granted it has been windy.

No sign of a Chinese delivery from our tanned leader yet. Coming up to 5th Anniversary of Barryroe oil find and still no plan to further prove it up. As a former poster liked to say another day and TOR has another £1000+ rolling into his already bulging bank account.

Very interesting link. Really surprised that a drilling company like Seadrill may have file for Chapter 11 proceedings. Must have been very badly managed drilling company considering it is stated it is $14 billion in debt and has liabilities.

Quite unbelievable to me!

Woke up this morning and thought I heard this on Fake Radio

“A rather tanned gentleman, who wishes to remain anonymous, has called into our offices to report a major traffic disruption outside the company headquarters of Providence Resources. This is in part due to a large queue forming outside the company data room and extending out onto the main road. In addition, as the company car park is full, people are abandoning their cars at the roadside to join this queue. Someone called Ricky, or something like that, was supposed to be directing traffic but nobody knows where he is. As we have had no other information we cannot verify this. However, we do know that people who have already gained access to this data room have been in there for several years so, if true, this queue will take some time to disperse. Our advice to motorists therefore, is to avoid the area at all cost and we will update you again in 2020.”
