06/3/2017 17:49 | The company reads the boards for sure, think we talk rubbish - which could be true because we do not work there and know. Sure many agree with richie666 about the BoD but endlessly repeating the same point does nothing. But each to his own, we have freedom of speech. | cephalosaurus
06/3/2017 17:24 | JJ It's on print here from many people, and I'm sure the BOD take the occasional peek just out of interest. | 1cagney
06/3/2017 17:21 | Or puts into print what many are privately thinking.... | jack jebb
06/3/2017 17:20 | JJ everybody in here I think would agree with that. But size matters when it comes to influencing a BOD and theres only 5% freefloat PI's. So having a constant whinge amoung your peers only annoys. | 1cagney
06/3/2017 17:14 | GD, ref your last post have a look at this link, its a uk tech company that im invested in that amongst other things is developing amazing propagtion lighting | roadster750
06/3/2017 17:14 | Why? Shareholders have the right to question, criticise and judge the directors, and lets be honest, TOR has been an absolutely useless ceo for shareholders. | jack jebb
06/3/2017 17:06 | As Ceph put it he has it both ways. He should grow a pair and either sh1te or get off the pot ! | 1cagney
06/3/2017 16:50 | Yes Bradford's finest is lowering de tone again! Does he want de threadmeister to give him a good old fashioned flogging? | hermana3
06/3/2017 16:30 | My apologies Ceph, it was the Bradford Gun-Slinger that called me a fool. | 1cagney
06/3/2017 16:28 | Hey Ceph, calling me a fool is a bit rough. I'm only new here and am betting on what's going to happen in the next few months. Not to say that I don't share all your pain it's just that I haven't experienced it personally. My not too paltry cash is purely gambling. Plain & simple. And of course I wish good luck to all. | 1cagney
06/3/2017 15:50 | Hey thanks for the recommendation GD, that program is what makes the BBC a quality broadcaster, pity that they are not quite so politically impartial as they are supposed to be, but then again they are part funded by the government so it is no surprise. Another great series is Death In Paradise, I really recommend it. | cephalosaurus
06/3/2017 15:47 | Cep, I am in full agreement with re richie. He said he would not post here again but has been doing so with the repeated content or similar content to his previous postings. All rather tiresome. If you can ger BBC I player where ever you are one program I would recommend you watch is Country File on BBC 1 last night at 7.00 in the evening. Some really good stuff on summer salad vegetables being grown here in the UK and also of scientific advances currently been made on same. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
06/3/2017 15:33 | It's a remarkable company Richie. To be sure! | funtimejonny
06/3/2017 15:20 | "And fools like 1cag et al still hold the faith with the abject failure that is ToR. Truly delusional." Hi richie666, I thought you were done here, welcome back! I suppose the bb is irresistible. For someone who claims to hold 1.2 million shares, you can hardly criticise someone else for making statements that support the investment case. The reason I am responding is that if you state 1cagney is "delusional", you bracket yourself and the rest of us in that category. Rather than worry about what us private investors think, why not get the ear of the institutional investors? Maybe you can moan about management to them, but the thing is, they just paid $70 million because they want Druid drilled, and that is going to happen, the rig is being prepared. The above trades are small numbers in the scheme of ownership, and as JackJebb said, likely to be via a broker who found a couple of parties willing to trade a block of shares between them. It doesn't seem like an open market panic. Why would there be given that even without Barryroe news, this drill is weeks away!! You remind me of the politicians we have at the moment who use the media to force politically correct views down our throats, and those who do not conform are vilified by the herd for not falling in line. A bit like bullying really. As I said to you before, you will win both ways; if PVR fails, your rant about management will have held water, and you can say 'told you so', and if PVR bring home the bacon, you will make a nice profit on your shareholding. Meanwhile you sound like a scratched record. | cephalosaurus

06/3/2017 14:44 | "I can't remember ever having been invested before, in a company whose BOD have made so many upbeat promises and delivered absolutely zilch." Here, here Paeff. And fools like 1cag et al still hold the faith with the abject failure that is ToR. Truly delusional. | richie666
06/3/2017 14:27 | Brace yourself for the white knuckle ride | 1cagney
06/3/2017 14:25 | Cmon ftj icemax booked for June, company still afloat despite personnel, br hasn't disappeared off the map (just not on the agenda it seems) | 1cagney
06/3/2017 13:10 | Wouldn't it be nice to get some good news for a change. For the first time in 5 years? | funtimejonny

06/3/2017 10:20 | Pourquoi JJ ? (I'm such not a Trading guy) | 1cagney
06/3/2017 10:13 | I think if these were real sales, the share price would be lower. Imo, its either internal fund switching, or an arranged transfer from one institution to another, and we should see another 1.6m trade later. | jack jebb
06/3/2017 10:12 | Maybe he has something better to do with the shillings .. | 1cagney
06/3/2017 10:11 | On the face of it, but trying hard not to rush to conclusions, as a long term investor it is looking, once again, as though the rug has been pulled. It becomes very worrying when sell volume, such as seen today, begins the week. I don't think it is unfair to assume that it's not PI's responsible for that sort of volume and therefore we might easily assume that some of the instis. are beginning to lose faith even though, in general, they would be better informed of current situation. It will be interesting to see if we get a bounce today, or throughout the week, or, dare I say it, some sort of news on BR is about to break. False dawns are, seemingly, a notable part of PVR strategy. I can't remember ever having been invested before, in a company whose BOD have made so many upbeat promises and delivered absolutely zilch. Monday's gripe over let's hope it gets better. regards | peaeff |
