TIDMPVF Prosperity Voskhod Fund Limited (the "Company") (a closed-ended investment company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of Guernsey with registered number 45426) Redemption of Shares Further to the announcement on 13 May 2014, the Redemption of 44,243,299 Shares, representing 33.74% of the Company's issued share capital and returning circa $50 million to the Company's shareholders was effected on the Redemption Date of 16 May 2014, by reference to the estimated Net Asset Value per Share as at 30 April 2014.
