                   Prometheus announces changes to the Board

November 7, 2007

Prometheus Energy, an alternative and renewable energy company, announces with
immediate effect the appointment of Thomas Michael Carbone as a Non-Executive
Director to the Board and the departure of Stuart Porter, who has been a
Non-Executive Director of the Board since the Company's earliest stages.

Mr. Carbone has over twenty-five years experience in business development, joint
ventures and mergers and acquisitions with focus on the renewable and
distributed energy sectors.   Tom has held leadership positions as President and
CEO of Vestas Americas A/S, a leading wind turbine manufacturer, and as CEO of
Warstila North America, a leading marine propulsion and power plant provider.
He is currently Managing Partner/Founder of Texas based Reliablenergy LLC.

Stanislas Yassukovich, Prometheus' Board Chairman, said:  "Stu has made a
significant contribution to our development to date. He leaves the Board with
our sincere thanks and very best wishes for his future activities.

In relation to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies,
Thomas Michael Carbone is currently a Director of Envortus, Inc and each
individual subsidiary of Envortus, Reliablenergy LLC and Spira International
LLC.  In the past five years, he has also held Directorships at Vestas Americas
A/S and Warstilla North America.

There are no further disclosures required under the AIM Rules.
