New acquisition today, absolutely no mention of how much they paid for it, reading the company profile (pgy) at the bottom of the rns, really brings home how different a company this now is from 12 to 18 months ago.

btw ....imho the conduct of the previous directors of ILX was disgraceful.....getting rich themselves while the co. slowly went down the tube under their guidance

...the acquisition price paid to buy his company was imo excessive...

2 RNSs about grant of options. I wonder if the new exec. boss is awarding himself options !.fair or excessive ?..or perhaps for people that are co-operating or have co-operated with his corporate actions

In Nov 2015 it looks like a ten bagger in reverse !.... was around 28p once in its guise as ILX & now about a tenth of that....
