10/1/2018 16:17 | Anyone read that RNS? Praxis have a loan note just issued that converts now at 1500% above the current share price (this takes into account the consolidation) | dusseldorf
29/11/2017 16:14 | Another 150k for me. | dusseldorf
28/11/2017 11:33 | Share consolidation coming, which IMO bodes well for Bos lining up his stock conversion to remove the debt that costs £3.3m a year to service. Slow going, but hopefully things accelerate now.. | dusseldorf
28/11/2017 07:33 | Progress being made...looking forward to the next update | batham1
27/11/2017 10:26 | Managed to bail out last knockings on Friday after reading WB's downbeat.. or were they just honest?.. comments. I have no idea where this is going long term so best just move on. Good luck to all believers. | shrout
27/11/2017 10:17 | I can understand the drop in share price and frustration at progress - plus the single line about changes that 'may have an impact' this year in terms of holding back progress recovery, was in my view a little uncalled for. That said, the company is gathering momentum and building a pretty solid base. The only reason it's not currently profitable to the equivalent £m of it's market cap is that BOS is keeping the debt on the books and choosing not to convert yet. The price may dip a bit further, but personally it's bringing up a buying opportunity at a level I didn't suspect we'd be seeing again. Slow progress, but I'm over my disappointment. | dusseldorf
24/11/2017 16:29 | Bos doesn't give a .. not worth waiting for.. | still waiting
24/11/2017 16:11 | Results out. Their debt is over 20 million which for a £2mil cap stock is not pretty | dave4545
24/11/2017 09:40 | They did say "is now expected" rather than "will be", so may need to be patient until next week? | batham1
24/11/2017 09:37 | hope it's not another after close nasty one.. | still waiting
24/11/2017 09:30 | 4lexanderTG - I agree, but they've not missed W/C 20th yet(!) still got up to close at 4.30pm and probably until 5.30pm before the last RNS's of the day flush through. I can well imagine reconciling accounts from multiple jurisdictions is no easy task, they alluded as much. | dusseldorf
24/11/2017 09:15 | Doesn't look well managed if they can't organise results to their own timetable. | 4lexandertg
24/11/2017 08:44 | No FY news yet, I guess it could arrive at any time today - either that or another delay RNS. Matters not, the results have already been 'booked' so timing doesn't change anything unless of course people bought T10 or move elsewhere through boredom. | dusseldorf
23/11/2017 14:06 | mm's dream stock, charging people premiums again then discounts to sell after dropping the price. And still punters are prepared to play this one. | dave4545
23/11/2017 11:21 | breakout ? | still waiting
23/11/2017 09:34 | results ready to go ? | still waiting
23/11/2017 09:23 | 384k pays 1.5p when 1-1.3p the mm's in this stock must love these people. | dave4545
19/11/2017 21:11 | Yep, spotted a few more citations that Progility FY is tomorrow. | dusseldorf
19/11/2017 21:09 | Having said that, TDWaterhouse wrote this:"Monday 20th Nov: Trading statement from betting firm William Hill (WMH), full year results from Diploma (DPLM) and project management group Progility (PGY), half year results from NEX Group (NXG)." | dusseldorf
17/11/2017 13:58 | Babbler results are next week, not necessarily Monday. Should show continued progress and if exchange rates are anything to go by the Indian business will have made quite a contribution. We still have the debt owed to the CEO's company floating around, but the facility has £20m more (I think) we can borrow to fund further acquisitions. I'm still also holding out hope that the debt is converted at a sensible premium to current price. | dusseldorf
17/11/2017 12:41 | Not trapped as results Monday. Look at last results.... | babbler
17/11/2017 11:24 | One poor sod sold 286k before it even moved, talk about bad timing and shows how greedy mm's are, offering nothing when they had that cheap stock all the time. | dave4545
17/11/2017 11:23 | Ouch a couple of chase the biggest % riser got trapped in this one. Always happens only the mm's win in this stock 50% rise needed to make 5-10% waste of time risk playing it | dave4545
17/11/2017 10:36 | don't be greedy duss. leave some for the rest of us. | still waiting |
