Indeed. Currency FX should once again have worked in our favour, but indication that trading was 'in-line' means it may not be exceptional - but perhaps we don't need exception to get shifting.

tightly held as well so IF they get final paperwork sorted we might get some news/accounts.

Still Waiting - The fact that some revenue in Australia, New Zealand and India makes consolidation more tricky than your average aim co. I'm not concerned, I'm just keen to see progress and the lack of update RNS's between results means it will be 8 months since the company said anything at all(!).

I'm hoping that the spike up to 3p was insider dealing based on business projections - perhaps they simply got the year wrong, in which the good results are posted ;)

yes, hoping for t/o circa £70m with ebitda around that £3m.

if he refinanced the debt or like you say converted at 5p per share he could have a good vehicle to build some m&a deals from..

staying as is really isn't an option when he is supposed to be such a deal maker...

Still Waiting - It's no bad thing the price dropped back. If it goes too high on 'no news' Bos immediately releases an RNS claiming no reason. Let's hope the results actually give a solid reason for price rise. revenues will be up, losses will be greatly reduced or at best, turned into a profit. The elephant in the room is the outstanding debt, however, if the company can demonstrate that it can generate cash over and above debt repayments - there is an theoretical possibility, that PGY could trade it's way to debt repayment. It's unlikely, as if it did, PGY would be trading 1000% higher, who knows.

If he does convert debt (and ideally at substantial premium e.g. 5p), it immediately adds circa £3m annually straight to the bottom line. PGY is Bos' play toy, ultimately one man is in charge of the price irrespective of business performance. If the business does better, he may simply choose to loan it more debt e.g. to make further acquisitions and accelerate revenue and perhaps profitability.

At these levels, it makes sense to be in. If it lept up to 3-4p, I'm not sure how much potential would be left short term assuming he keeps debt in the company.

It's one of about 100-200 stocks where it's near impossible to beat the mm's because of the wide spread and then impossible to buy or sell when it suits the mm's

Quiet stocks like this still generate millions of profits a year combined when they have their occasional fun days.

morning still waiting - I still have circa 6-700k here. Hoping the benefit of declining pound continued to have a positive impact on the business, alongside cost reductions and business expansion could be a gear shift.

Not sure about break-out yet, but it's certainly lined up for it. Just need results to demonstrate a 'comfortable' profitability margin after costs etc...

Looking at trades today it seems mm's weren't too keen to let buyers in.

with this already very tightly held we'll need to have some decent shakes going forward...
