27/11/2015 07:33 | Dr M please accept my apology. You are right about the date of half year results and I can't explain my error. My frustration comes from believing that the final results would be early and then experiencing a significant delay. Let's hope that the results don't disappoint when they do come. I would still appreciate an announcement of the longer term plans for repaying the huge debt to Gordon Watt. | glitter2
26/11/2015 22:02 | Half year was in March and contracts in May? | drmaccers
26/11/2015 20:43 | The half year was Dec 31st last year so the way this is being delayed we might get full and half in the same month. Unless, of course, they need to wait for Sumo to produce another update for the half year. Maybe Dr M you could ask Gordon if he feels 11 months between communication with share holders is good p.r.? | glitter2
26/11/2015 09:40 | Still oversold | drmaccers
24/11/2015 13:53 | Spoke again to Gordon watt. Pip want the results out as quick as we do | drmaccers
20/11/2015 22:57 | Yea SUMO the 28% JVIt would appear they have been increasing revenue and contracts. I think the second half will be materially better than the first with pre tax profit and then the tax credit on top | drmaccers
20/11/2015 13:50 | Thanks for the explanation. Once again though this company comes over as not a typical AIM company. Very honest and open but slightly naive. Are we talking about Sumologic in which they appear have a 28% share? I would have expected PIP to have known about this change of rules and to have informed the market in any event when they found out with an RNS for a date of release of results. Am I right in thinking that the last release of information was at the very end of 2014, which is pretty poor p.r.? Also it could be said that the last year appears to have been spent expanding staff and facilities to meet orders, which again could be lack of foresight by the sales team and management and then a disaster if there are no follow up orders. They deserve to succeed but my confidence in them is not great. We shall have an answer soon. | glitter2
16/11/2015 21:15 | I spoke to Gordon watt last Friday. The reason in the delay in results is down to the JV with SUMO. New accounting practices mean for PIZp EOY results they need SUMO figures not less than 3 months old so SUMO have had to do accounts up to June before they were ready to. Add to this the main man doing that is off sick and his replacement left. Possibly this week but likely next week is what I was told.At least it's not for a very bad reason. I believe PIP results were good to go in October but this has held everything upI expect at least £200k profit and hope for more. As well as a bullish outlook/forecast | drmaccers
15/11/2015 14:42 | Finals were announced on 14 November last year, and 13 Nov the year before, so they are not significantly late yet. | gnnmartin
15/11/2015 11:55 | Maybe an offer or other corporate action? | battlebus2
15/11/2015 11:12 | And another couple of weeks without results. I assume that you were in contact with Gordon Watt who is one of the few CEOs who will respond to emails and usually promptly, he also seems to have funded the company personally over many years during a turnaround. This improvement is yet to be consolidated as is the long term answer to the loans from Gordon, but like the others who hang in here, we live in hope. My criticism of the company is that they are not shareholder friendly and Gordon seems to be unaware of share price fluctuations let alone offer an explanation for them. These results could be crucial and reflect real progress, but why the delay! | glitter2
30/10/2015 22:25 | I emailed Chairman on 28th asking if there had been a delay as he told me he was in a close period on 28th Aug. He said there was a slight delay but the results would be out within two weeks. I suspect next week. BoD folk usually try to he vague and give a timescale it will be well within to avoid giving price sensitive info out | drmaccers
30/10/2015 21:07 | Another week with no results. | glennborthwick

12/10/2015 14:21 | Breakout! So many small buys all from 130pm onwards. | rolo7
08/10/2015 17:50 | Say they post £250-350k profits with a bullish update for the year to come and the promise of bigger Hadley contracts. Where would you value them then LT holders? It can easily double from here with some nice results. Which are coming out early if you didn't read that before, in a close period from Aug so EOY this month | drmaccers
08/10/2015 07:52 | I'm hoping/expecting the small first half profits to have been built on and a bullish outlook and then further hadleys contracts. | drmaccers
07/10/2015 22:16 | Think it's about 1.5 mill accrued to the directors plus they have some conversion rights at 5p I think. Before you invest it's worth understanding it all. I did before I stumped up | glennborthwick |
