06/3/2013 07:45 | Seen worse KNIGEL but they need some kind of cash generation to reduce the liabilities here, looks like nothing has been reduced in the period. | 34simon
06/3/2013 07:41 | Turnover up 23% so at least heading in the right direction. Agree deferring the fees can't go on forever | knigel
06/3/2013 07:38 | Nothing in those results to get excited, making a small profit but that would probably be a loss if the normal salary and fees they mention at the end had been took off. | 34simon
02/3/2013 09:46 | Yep 2.8 million in loans and 680k in deferred fees. Looks like more equity will be issued at some point and only a strong recovery will realise decent returns for shareholders. This makes the next results more interesting on future plans and how to deal with the liabilities | knigel
02/3/2013 09:37 | Were have you been? I'll look at your point and comment later. Will hold until the results but why the share price is stuck at 3p after 2/3 days of heavy buying is a concern. | knigel
02/3/2013 09:34 | Errr but the company owed it's directors several million last time I looked. These small contracts aren't going to put much of a dent in that IMO. | britishb
01/3/2013 11:55 | KN, looking for 5.5-6p on results here I think. | ryan83
28/2/2013 07:39 | Great news and hopefully share price will move up to 4-5p and results due in MArch | knigel
21/2/2013 13:07 | The next ppr? Results due soon | knigel
11/10/2012 07:32 | 7-8p today | falia
10/10/2012 21:26 | Yes I feel this will be a spike like the last contract news of early September | ihavenoclue
10/10/2012 21:24 | The trick is to find them before they rise 100%, asking too much to rise another 100%, usually they have a small rise first thing then a sell off, if it was not for the liabilities there could be a lot left in the tank. Have a look at AVO, they are in advanced discussions to sell a property for more than their market cap, that could do well when they announce it, but dyor I thought DLM was worth a punt last week :-)) | 34simon
10/10/2012 19:36 | Another 100%+ tomorrow? | smraynot
10/10/2012 14:43 | Most of them yes, all of my purchases were under 1.5p, most around 1.2p when a big overhang and nobody wanted them, sold them all on the spike at 9.5p and higher, people were piling in at 10p offer and I was selling at 9.8p online, it was great, love days like that :-)) | 34simon
10/10/2012 14:38 | So you bought and sold at EXACTLY the right time including intraday highs ? | ihavenoclue
10/10/2012 14:29 | 800% rise in 6 weeks is something worth banging on about :-)) | 34simon
10/10/2012 14:28 | I think i got these for 10p. 10/12 years ago? Went to 30p and then all the way down. Happy to see it come good at last. Decent staff and company. | loafofbread
10/10/2012 14:24 | 34Simon ... is DCD the only share you got right ? You bang on about it constantly ... | ihavenoclue
10/10/2012 14:17 | Well there is a squeeze, always good if you bought size before the spike, buyers are chasing but sellers can get their size out for great profit, reminds of Dcd in Feb, good old days, 1p to 10p then back to 2p :-)) | 34simon
10/10/2012 14:12 | simon - most of the company debt is director loans and they certainly won't be called in - If so then converted into equity at 7p per share - If the balance sheet was stronger than its current state then this would be around 10-15p - | tomboyb
10/10/2012 14:06 | tomboyb I got that information from those interims. | 34simon
10/10/2012 14:04 | 34Simon 10 Oct'12 - 14:00 - 759 of 759 So there seems to be 5 mil pounds of liabilities via debt, convertable loans and deferred salaries ? Need to look at the last interims to c that they have reduced debt - However this is also the principal reason why this in not at 10-15p - imo. Another thing is that director has lent over £1mill - converts to equity at 7p. | tomboyb
10/10/2012 14:00 | So there seems to be 5 mil pounds of liabilities via debt, convertable loans and deferred salaries ? | 34simon
10/10/2012 13:58 | No doubting these are excellent contracts, just had a look at last set of results, guess maybe a fundraising could occur but could be a good price now ? During the period under review I have continued to provide financial support to the Company through director loans. The loans advanced by me to date aggregate to GBP2,825,595 in addition to GBP1 million of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2014 ("CULS"). The loans have been made in accordance with a letter of support dated 7 October 2011. The loans are unsecured and accrue interest at an annual rate of base rate plus 2.15 per cent. The Directors, other than myself, consider, having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser, that the terms of the loans are fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned. In addition to the loans I have provided to the Company during previous years, my fellow directors and I have deferred a certain proportion of our salaries, fees and interest until the Company is in a suitably strong position to make the full payments. These deferred amounts total approximately GBP126,000 in the six month period ended 31 December 2011 and approximately GBP1,255,000 in total, all of which have been accrued in the Company's accounts. | 34simon |
