ECO ATLANTIC is a no brainer which found oilp in Guyana where they hit oil around 3 weeks ago. aAnother well called JOE is currently being drilled and results will be around the 15th Sept.This well will be another hitRemember where you heard it 1st fronTHE MICE

Guys, these sells are investors just de- risking lots bought in 2,3,4,5, pence range be crazy to leave full investment in I cashed 72k 50k average 8.2 pence as price started to falter left 150k in for 2 reason.
If they are dusters knowing that we have 2 drills left I can average down knowing I will still make money build up to spud, but if one or both come in happy days you have to be in it to win it, who knows what drill news we will get first could be either lots here just guessing sentiment starting to change today rise starts tomorrow exciting few weeks ahead best luck to all holders waiting for the news.

Yep I’m in too. Was in for the last duster, stayed in through the bleak winter months and topped up when the share price got stupidly low. I have a serious amount of money tied up in MATD but will definitely top up again If red deer news is not good as I’m fully expecting a quick recovery pending Heron news. Exciting time for all holders. This is potentially transformational for the company which in turn is potentially transformational for anyone who holds a significant amount. Must admit, I was expecting some kind of volume spike by now but maybe this is just a tight ship. Interesting week ahead!

I've been in since last year, held shares and bought thousands more when share price dropped to the 2p's, did sell some at the mid 7s, but have always had a large core holding, and intend to hold till results, as more or less free ride now.

The ones to watch are the quietest ones.


If its bad news.........they will be on the thread to tell you they sold out in the 8p levels and MATD was ramped and they are so clever to have sold and it was always going to be a duster.


The same people if its good news.......will tell you they never sold and hold loads and are selling now for a big profit and always thought it would come good.



Anyone who does not have the guts to declare their position before news - has no claim to anything after news is out....... :) :)

Wait for news.......and watch them come crawling out of the woodwork with their I hold/I sold (select depending on news content) declarations post results.

Sells don't appear to have outweighed buys by enough to have knocked this down so much. I hope MATD have something positive to report as the share price is already pathetic enough. The last fundraise was at 10p!

By the way, this week (the late summer bank holiday weekend week) is normally one of the very lowest volume weeks on the markets. Meaning small selling or buying has a big effect on share prices as there is no liquidity - minimal volume.

The good news, next week everyone is back from summer holidays, at their desks and looking to reinvest their money.

MATD have got the absolute best time in the year to release good news (week commencing 2nd Sept)..........just got to hope its good and not bad news.

With Drill results due anytime then normally a stock would move up if results were positive ?This is looking a little sceptical as volume is so lowIf a duster expect 4p if a hit then i would say 12p

In fact...at this stage as volume trickles down......anything over 5m might suggest news leaking.

Another low volume day. Would suggest no leaks so far from the rig.

Any leaks, good or bad, should see an over 10 million shares traded day. So far......nothing like that.

Jailbird, it will also depend on countries that invest in their infrastructure for alternative energy. Think there will be a 2 tier system with countries that still depend on oil getting it more local therefore large imports of the black stuff will be limited especially from middle east. Companies like MATD who can sell it locally to Chinese will be in a better position. Not that MATD will be around then or even in a couple of years if they are successful.

For a well that is only 2100m in depth, it seems 35 days is quite a long time to drill Red Deer.
It would seem we could be very near or even at TD by now as there have been no delays reported. (Didn't they factor in a few days or so in case of a delay?)
They said Heron1 at 3050m would take 40 days. 5 days difference for about 1000m?

There will be place for both But cannot say oil prices will be as high as now If oil price is too low, projects do not become economically viable.Gut as cleared and deficit resumesIt is a circular cycle .. very must like boom and bust

Hyper, I think you will find that the latest electric cars are able to do over 200 miles on a single charge. The Tesla (usa) over 250 miles at present and they are looking at 400 miles in a couple of years as technology improves. There is still a place for oil and gas but no doubt new technology will replace it in 20/30 years.
