I think this is a share you have to buy and hold on a 6-12 month view or even longer. The share price will drift on no news and will not really ignite until results show that the EPS is rising, the company starts paying a divi etc. Between now and then, more contract wins might produce the odd rise but my strategy is to buy the dips and build a decent stake. Patience is key here.

At least I hold stocks for long periods. Your max hold time is probably 2-3 days.

Your pure pump and dump Lee like it or lump it.

Aslong as that support holds give or take a few % then no need to worry.

Typical backtest, holding well above resistance.

Hatey you are hillarious. Your pumping on MRS is also hillarious.

Lee dumped along with a few others.

Bit predictable, he will deny it but he's a day trader so was never going to hold long.

Yes, a bit more dilution, agreed. From the interims:

o Basic EPS increased 32% to 1.36p (2015: 1.03p)

o Diluted EPS increased 25% to 0.95p (2015: 0.76p)

Even on diluted H1 number x 2, that is little more than PER of 10. Obviously, as a tiny company, you need some rocket fuelled action to justify greater than 10 given the lumpiness of the contracts and the fact that you rely entirely on the two family directors for corporate governance with very little restraint. However, there are some influential shareholders in place (eg Andrew Perloff) who would not appreciate being messed about by directors of their investments, so I am comforted a little on that score.

I look forward to a ramp up in business and contracts and the commencement of dividends to really step this little company onto the next level.

Normal weighted shares = 34,998m, Diluted = 57,966m.

But PEG always highlight the Diluted EPS figures which is good practice.

Thanks. I think it's more like 40% more shares in issue if you look at the notes to the accounts?

Sounds about right WJCCGHCC. I think the diluted EPS sits at around a 25% discount to standard EPS and we have to work to the diluted one.

Am I right in that if/when the convertible converts (8p strike), that gives 19.3 million extra shares?

Large technical breakout above 18p. Should be alot higher on the last contract alone, the biggest contract they have ever had and still only up about 30%.
