Your post 25th October

Last I heard from Vince, Manduca was claiming the funding was due 'any day'. This is the funding that three weeks ago was due that week.

So have you heard whether that funding due in the first week of October has arrived yet.

sure is quiet in here these days...

coming up to the first anniversary of suspension. remember? the 'temporary suspension' that was 'pending clarification of the company's financial position'?

well here we are a year later - which I don't call temporary - and we've had no clarification. not likely to, neither, since there's no funding, no listing, no business plan, probably just the one license (Lemphane) but no means to develop that.

Manduca really has played a blinder: utterly failed to deliver anything except endless self-aggrandising hot air coming out of his worthless face-hole - and not even any of that since suspension, unless you coughed for a ticket to Mines & Money (where, remember, he was billed as being from Titanium not PRG - wonder how *that* would sound in court?) or wasted your time and money going to one of the totally pointless s'holders' meetings...

The letter to Maketane has gone.

hxxp://paragondiamonds.blogspot.co.uk/2016/11/letter-to-martin-maketane.html

I do hope I haven't done anything that might make those two guys come back. I'm quaking in my booties at the prospect...

I don't think it matters much what the vehicle is: I can't see Lesotho granting licenses to any company associated with Manduca...

Would you, in their position?

Sorry bit vague there :-) I know PRG assumed control of Botle 2011 yet Botle at the time where in the process of applications which where agreed and resulted in prospecting licenses for 2 years. My question is did Botle cease as a company? These licenses where granted to Botle although PRG did the mapping and prospecting. During my research I have found Botle Diamonds name cropping up again. Could this be one of the options Paragon are looking at? To cease trading as Paragon but to continue to apply for the mining rights through the wholly owned Botle Diamonds?

Okay serious question. Can anyone tell me where Botle Diamonds and Matekane Group come or previously came into the equation with PRG? & what was the working agreement between them?

no, I 'fully' appeciated your irony: I just thought I'd respond explicitly for the more intellectually-challenged out there...

"PM has announced funding in play when PRG was trading in the past so no need to suggest there isn't any in play now."And it wasn't 'in play' - we were told funding was THERE - in January and again in October. It was on the basis of that and mining commencing Q1 2016 that I bought more!

Yes, he was rather specific with his price targets wasn't he. That said, I think that might have been for the benefit of various potential creditors with whom he was negotiating, and who might have wanted an equity kicker!! Needless to say, that strategy didn't fully pan out...... :-((

"PM has announced funding in play when PRG was trading in the past so no need to suggest there isn't any in play now."

a year ago... if there's funding in play where is it? Does it really take a year, plus however long it had been in play pre-suspension?

Let's imagine the rose-tinties are right, the funding for Lemphane materialises, and the company refloats. what do you think is going to happen to the sp? It will be at .1p within a week or two tops. and with Lemphane running as a 'reduced' operation, does anyone really believe it will ever generate enough to do much more than cover company costs? Certainly won't generate enough to get the share price back to single figures, let alone the double figures Manduca was predicting in more bullish times...

Occam's toothbrush. He used it to clean his teeth. Nothing to so with PM or PRG. Don't know why I mentioned it really. Sorry all for this OT post. Back to work now.

A bit unfair CS

PM has announced funding in play when PRG was trading in the past so no need to suggest there isn't any in play now.

Of course you also have to consider that when the talking stopped there wasn't any funding from anywhere at all and some spurious claim to The Lesotho gov that Trade4business loan was good to go at $75 million :-)

Perhaps the deal is with Wonga.

It was simply just move ITGT deal back to the production side, but of course there was no deal, there couldn't have been otherwise none of this would have happened.

Occam's Razor - Manduca hasn't announced a plan because he doesn't have one. He hasn't announced funding because there isn't any.
