As far as I'm concerned the money is already lost. If Manduca was going to deliver funding he would have done it by now. PRG is a dog that died last November and is now smelling very ripe indeed. After all, isn't that what Manduca told the creditors? That PRG was dead, so they'd better take 10p on the pound? Was he lying to them, or to s'holders he tapped to pay the creditors, on the basis that he had a 'plan'?And if he HAS a plan, why not announce it? It can't affect the share price, can it?

Not at all: nothing would make me happier than to get any of my money back - I just think that after all this time, all the lies/failures, there is absolutely zero chance of it happening. I've asked before and I'll ask again - knowing what we know now, all of which is in the pulic domain, would *you* lend Manduca millions to get Lemphane up and running? I know I wouldn't...

Maybe he'll pleasantly surprise us just for once: but his track record is entirely the other way...

exactly. we gave him our support, and just look where we've ended up. a 'temporary' suspension that has lasted very nearly a year; a 'clarification of the company's financial position' that has never arrived; non-existent funding to date; no Nomad; no news on Mothae (and in this case I suspect no news is bad news); no commencement of mining Q1 2016 as per the 2nd October 2015 RNS; and on and on and on...

If, given all that, anyone feels that Manduca still deserves their support, IMO they are a bloody fool...

I think you may have joined this BB a little late, we have raised our concerns through the appropriate channels FSA, LSE and have received confirmation that they have been well received and under investigation. That's it no more no less if they feel nothing to answer then that's it end off? No mention of private court action?

Why does he think that there is ever going to be a trial? No-one has any proof of any wrongdoing. Currently this is just an investment on a junior exchange that has gone Pete Tong. Until proof that something else has happened, nothing is ever going to happen in court and everything that Clubby says is just hot air.

As for getting him on the stand if proof ever appeared, you firstly need to get PM in the country first, and with the threats that our Learned friend Justice Club has been dishing out, that would never happen.

If something awry did go on here, Clubs posts have probably guaranteed that no action would ever get off the ground.

What a total tit! Maybe everyone should get behind PM as, whatever you think of him, he is your best hope of getting a return here. He needs your support.
