The Directors are of the opinion that the value of investors’ share holdings will not be materially affected by the event of a delisting. The Company retains the same prospects and remain highly confident that the funding discussion will be concluded successfully in the near future and will enhance the existing value of the Company when finalised.
The Board continue to seek completion of the required funding as a matter of urgency and will update shareholders regularly via the Company’s website, which we encourage shareholders to monitor closely. The Company will continue to act in the best interests of all shareholders and, assuming the required funding is obtained, work towards a new listing on AIM or the main market as soon as practicable...

I realized a long time ago, had hope shortly after suspension but that quickly faded. What is it now 15 months and no update haha

But my second point is Club needs to take responsibilty for being so greedy and stop crying, no one forced him to put ALL of his money in.

I can't sue Manduca on my own, but I reckon a class action could succeed. No-one made him give those interviews to PI - it was his ego that made him do that, and he's liable for what he said in them; him and nobody else...

iLeeman, and Clubbie, you are both saying the same thing in essence.You are both stating that Mr Manduca conned all shareholders, the only difference being it took iLeeman an extra year to come round to this realisation.The time for acrimony between shareholders is surely over.

Just have to take it on the chin and accept the we got conned but I guess if you looked hard enough some hints were there. At the time of investing with the words he used and the RNS he released it looked like the company could be mega.

But also at all times you should maintain decent position sizing and you should never go all in, people like Club dont take any responsibilty for their actions and should not be on the markets. All they see is a get rich quick scheme with no consequences this is when the market rinses you.
