Just a thought but I get the impresssion this group is very determined, professional and knows what is doing. It may be that it has been decided that public discussion is best avoided, rather than there being any top secret goings on etc.

I think some posters remember Room Service (RSV) and many will remember Langbar which ended up a disaster for many. Looking back at Langbar, whilst some of the posting was entertaining and interesting to observers, I think the public nature of the posts caused no end of conflict and difficulties for many people.

I too would be interested to hear what is happening. I am an ex shareholder but have a lot of sympathy for those holding large losses as I have been there myself. Hope that you are ok joebloggs?

strange imo.....

you would think that the action group would be willing to give a brief status report....to all shareholders....without revealing what actions the action group is currently taking....if they want to keep their cards hidden, which I would understand...

where is the administration process at now ?

is there any chance of any payback or assets to shareholders ??

To all Members of the action group there is a very important message awaiting your fastest attention please!! please can those who have not replied do so ASAP, it is in all the our interests you do so, should take you very little time out of your day. We would all appreciate you kind and prompt attention in this matter.
We have all traveled so far with this but there is still work to be done.

when the dirs. departed since the co. has no money.....they did so without pay offs


while it is the payoffs and high salary of the existing (or now they are past !) OCH dirs. that has forced OCH into administration....they requested its administration I believe....

ironic or something .....no ?

&...disgraceful director conduct at OCH imo...before and during administration

Sweett Grp (CSG)...allegations of improper conduct of an employee

JJB. director or ex-director in legal case against him...and son

imo dubious actions by execs. at OCH....

.. at Bluestar ...dirs. are related parties to lending to the co. at 24% interest rate
wish I could lend money to myself at 24% and get others to pay half of the price (ie. the other shareholders)
and then converting some of the loan by converting to shares for myself at half of the market price !
(while the other shareholders have to pay the full market price !)

at another co. the dirs. awarded themselves options for 30% of the co.
and rent an office from...themselves...at what is imo a high price

at G4S and Serco, major scandals about conduct of directors......and SFO have been passed the data and will consider whether to prosecute.

JPM fined billions for lying to clients to make billions
the subprime fraud is blamed by some as the trigger for the whole global economic crash.....although in some countries they had their own triggers/reasons such as banks with bad books, too much gearing that only needed small losses to make the banks bankrupt and need bail outs from some Govt. or another to not close and lose all depositor money

etc etc
seems sometimes like the list goes on for ever...

sometimes it seems like investing in cos. listed in London is a bit like a casino to see if the dirs. will act honourably with the shareholder assets/money under their control
or will try to divert some of it in their own pockets

appear to be no rules or laws, or no application of any rules or law, to protect normal public shareholders

at least in the USA more people are actually put in prison, insider dealing etc....very very rare in the UK

oh, and the plan of the action group was to communicate in private amongst the members of the group.....other website set up....address is in the header I think...

if you didnt register X months ago....they are perhaps not so interested in new extra shareholders now...since the registering process is perhaps viewed as finished...but if you are a shareholder...you could always ask...
