This action group is leaving me a bit bewildered. I tried registering several weeks ago and got an email confirmation saying I needed to be authorised by an Administrator before I could log in. I still have not had that authorisation. Someone on this BB advised that I needed to send proof of shareholding. I did that over a week ago, but still no confirmation of registration and no reply to me sending the proof of shares. I still have no idea what is going on.

Markt that is our whole point here thats all, glad you are in you have a lot of energy. I really really hope the guys on the action group can pull this off for us, as I really made my buying decision on the take over premise and the of the the 20p BOD target. Looking at it I went all in, looking for that 20p or an increase price in the take over. So as we know none of it happened, only ADMIN.
So here we are and the GUYS will do there best, and I personally am very grateful.
good luck to the group and all OCH holders for a good outcome. Cheating is not a funny game and those that DO will surely loose in the END.

As Timtim wrote.....by OCH shareholders going the OCH Action Group....we have a voice and can try to protect our interests in the OCH administration process....
(and imo try to keep the grubby paws of the 2 exec. dirs. off the assets as much as possible !)

Dear all OCH holders please let the action group have all their requests asap, it is helping everyone that is a holder and most importantly YOU and very individual holder. In the end we can all be very proud of the efforts and togetherness of the holders. Otherwise we can all watch our HARD EARNED MONEY GO DOWN THE PAN, and others (the ones that put the company in this position) will take it all!! BUT NOT THIS TIME!!! thanks again to the group and good luck please offer your assistance it takes very very little EFFORT on our part.

..be interesting to see if our Action Group can manage to get any success with its iniatives ...hopefully...


interesting to see that there are many other investor groups not happy with the lack of action/work by regulators and the FSA...and loopholes in the UK law
(appears that financial advisers can fold one company and then start up a new one ..and avoid claims from clients of the folded company...!, good old Britain. And Libor scandal, yet another scandal, always a new one.

Appears there is no regulation)

here is just two of many examples (so, the AG can not expect much support or action from the FSA or regulators imo....since they appear to have a record of saying, "nothing to do with us, you pay for legal action if you want " !)

...an approximation to the aims of the group are given in the header text of the thread "Action Group"..(it's been public for a good while, not secret imo)..but noting that that was written a good number of weeks ago.....and this week's version of the objectives may have some differences...

...if any shareholders are interested to join the action group..the more the merrier I think (the total shareholding of the people in the group is the biggest after the directors !)..then please visit the website (the address should be further back on this thread)...and jump through the hoops, such as showing that you are a shareholder...

Tim, an Action Group has been kindly set up by some shareholders who are going to try their very best to get some of your investment back, it's the only way the small PI has any chance of a return. Your shares would be pooled into the group pot and your % of any pot of cash won back will be returned. Each PI is pledging an amount dependent on shares owned for legal expenses.

If you've pledged your shares, but have not yet provided 'Proof of Holdings', can you kindly e-mail one of the following 'Proof of Holdings' to cover each of your holdings, by 'Proof of Holdings', we either need a 'letter' or other correspondence (PDF with corporate action info etc) from your broker/e-broker with the number of shares or worst case enough contract notes to cover any buys/sells to your current balance. This needs to be done as a matter of URGENCY NOW.

I sent an email to [e-mail] and copy to bumpkin with details of my holding (copy and paste of a Contract Note). No reply, no acknowledgement of my holding being registered....!
