If you've pledged your shares, but have not yet provided 'Proof of Holdings', can you kindly e-mail one of the following 'Proof of Holdings' to cover each of your holdings, by 'Proof of Holdings', we either need a 'letter' or other correspondence (PDF with corporate action info etc) from your broker/e-broker with the number of shares or worst case enough contract notes to cover any buys/sells to your current balance. This needs to be done as a matter of URGENCY NOW.

Derektrade33, sorry but its up to the 2 administrators to jog those still to provide evidence along - otherwise I might end up with 50 separate shareholders hassling me. As I said via private email - been away and will email over shareholder evidence asap.

Has '2GEKKO' provided proof of holdings yet? It has been rumored on many occasions '2GEKKO' and 'R&T' are one of the same entity.

Well, simon isnt it about time for once the small PIs got something from their investment. You maybe right you maybe wrong simon, but we are going try and try and when we get a result we will be pleased we made the huge effort.
For those STILL NOT REG THEIR HOLDINGS PLEASE CAN YOU, AND READ THE ACTION GROUP BOARD IT TAKES SUCH LITTLE OF YOUR TIME HERE.
AND LASTLY IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU CAME UP WITH A FEW IDEAS THAT MIGHT WORK FOR THE SMALL PIS. SIMON BE A PERSON OF FORCE RATHER THAN A PERSON WHO JUST HUFFS AND PUFFS. GOOD LUCK ALL AND PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH THE BB BOARD TO REG ETC.

So you have just joined ADVFN today and already know all the regular posters on CR and OCH. Amazing knowledge gathered in record time WELL DONE!
Perhaps you would rather shareholders just sat on their hands and did F all about trying to realise the assets a company holds?

You are not alone. I have spent more than a week or two studying shareholder actions this last forty years and I do not even begin to see what cause of action could be developed in favour of poorer small shareholders at Orchid. So all this jumping up and down is pointless.

No I didn't get a hardcopy letter from them. I just got a secure message to read but that doesn't show my holding with them. I will send them a secure message asking to confirm my holding and see how I get on

To all holders of OCH if you have wanted to take part in the action group and many many PIs have it is important you register your holdings on the groups web site. It is very very straight forward to do. The guys on there are really pulling hard for all of us, it takes a little effort on our part. We had a huge percentage of shares between the Pis all posted so come on please.
