14/6/2007 17:32 | Yes interesting note (thanks): with the cash on board, potential future deals and seems to be delivering to date, this is one I am in for the ride. | qs9

13/6/2007 18:32 | after weeks of inactivity two days of buying in a row. In the past this has normally been a prelude to some sort of activity........ | ibarty
03/5/2007 02:11 | followed by another interesting looking acquisition with the bulk of the price being deferred to 2010.... | yogya59
28/3/2007 11:16 | I thought the results were good anyway.... | yogya59
19/10/2006 22:40 | another intersting in fill acquisition. I understand what you mean though by failing to reply to queries. The web site is quite awful, does not offer download of annual report download etc, but does have email link. Trouble is no one reples!!!! Still like the potential though | ibarty
05/10/2006 16:08 | Thanks. Put a call into the company - promised a call-back but did not deliver. | unionhall
05/10/2006 15:34 | Interesting questions KAE seems to have quite lumpy cash flows, so 2 months profit may not be reflective of underlying trend. When Kae was acquired I think it has profits very much lower profits in the year to sept 04. I guess a copy of the annual report would reveal more. on debtors, final results showed that debtors was made up of tax, trade and other debtors. Too tired to reconcile, but suggest that difference is tax movement which would not be included in debtors. Cannot see break down of debtors in interims | ibarty
02/10/2006 16:11 | Folks, Having a look at these for the first time. Looks interesting - well done to those in for the last year. Some points which I note.... I estimate 900k approx shares in issue with a Market cap of approx £8.9m. KAE seem to have had zero organic growth since 2005. (£730k for two months equates to £2,190m for 6 months) Anyone understand the Movement in debtors figure in the interim cash-flow ? It does not reconcile to the Balance Sheet. I have a call in to the company to try and get clarity. | unionhall
14/9/2006 16:58 | Yogya59-yoy are not alone. I was first attracted by the calibre of the management even through I am not entirely clear what the company does. I tried on many occasions to highlight the merit of the shares. The interims show that a company capitalised at appx. £5m is going to go places. I reckon a price of at least £15 is justified. If there are earning-enhancing acquisitions in the pipeline, the price should move even higher. | silverlandfinance
14/9/2006 08:32 | Well anyway I thought the interims were excellent and I do like the way the company is picking up add on acquisitions from larger companies that do not love them. Far better chance of getting a decent deal that way than by buying somthing that is in fashion. EPS of 100p + for corporate action makes me think the outlook for these shares is exceptional. Am I alone?? | yogya59
03/5/2006 08:35 | recently, good news flow and relative strength since the purchase of Kae....delivery seems to be there as does the profits and cash, lets hope the deals perform. They say they are on the look out for more.....not an overnight share, but definitely IMO has long-term very good prospects. Any followers with opinions please? | qs9

31/3/2006 00:23 | Agree fantastic results, although disappointed with the write down on Edengene. I thought this investment was doing very well. Little mention of it in the commentary. Also I see that the eps benefited from the write back of deferred tax . Anway, will buy some more tomorrow of price stays around current level | ibarty
30/3/2006 21:50 | results released late today - well ahead of expectations. All bodes well for tomorrow, take a look if you are new to OPS... | markie7
