Interesting to note that Edengene have been keeping themselves busy recently >>>

"ZIM Announces Agreement to Acquire Leading UK SMS Company EPL Communications"

"For this transaction, EPL Communications was advised by Edengene Finance Limited (www.edengene.com), the corporate finance arm of the London-based growth and venturing business, Edengene. Edengene Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority within the UK".

Agree Nissi. This one is not particularly expensive. It is a prime target for a pump and dump though (but I suppose if you're cynical about it that's a bullish point)

dell

so why has someone bought 4K dell that is not normal on small caps to buy 1% of the company plus NAV which you like to quote was higher than market cap so don't compare this with other shells which don't have some value

PMSL!

Another shell Pump and dump.

The Stew James post appears to be the only sensible one here...

someone is confident buying 4K at 250p a director maybe just before the 30 day rule when it is too close to results. It will rise further if an RNS come out

There were £3 after floatation fell to 1p then consolidated back to £3 there are only 356K shares around and directors have most of them from 2002 so much higher values

sorry for my absense on here. Im still in and that huge buy has surprised me because when you get one there are normally many more to come. Looks like a QXL and if I was very clever I would find some cash to top up with.

Looks like the delayed buy for 4000 shares @ £2.50, was the reason for the tick up. 10k of new money, nice punt.

looks like 500 buys send it up 5p so if 7000 more are bought which is only £16K and £3 here we come

Spread not bad at 10% for a micro cap which normally 30%+
