13/7/2005 13:53 | The 43478 shares placed with Coronita to raise £250000 were admitted to the Stock Exhange on 11/7/05. I would not be surprised if there were not further corporate moves to develop the company's activities. | silverlandfinance
06/7/2005 11:04 | What I don't understand about the deal announced yesterday is that Optimisa paid £78108 for new ordinary shares in Edengene, raising its interest from 11% to 13.02% ie £38667 per each 1%. Coronita subscribed £400000 for new ord. shares in Edengene, raising its interest from 19.63% to 43.9% ie £16481 per each 1%. Why are Optimisa paying much dearer for the shares? Anyone any idea? | silverlandfinance

30/6/2005 20:09 | It seems to me that any investor in this share is in a win-win situation. The capitalisation of the company is only £2million. The company reversed into another company that is producing £500,000 of revenue(it is not clear whether the p/e is 4). There are a lot of talented and high powered individuals that are backing this company and they would not do so if they were not aiming to increase the company's valuation to at least £10m. | silverlandfinance

22/4/2005 19:25 | Good deal - had a read through the prospectus. Unfortunately, I don't hold. I'd sell at this price though if I did. Think it willl come down again once the excitement wears off. Similar pattern on many reverse takeovers. May be wrong - it will be interesting to see. | topvest

11/11/2004 09:54 | " Optimisa PLC 14 September 2004 For embargoed release at 7 a.m. 14 September 2004 OPTIMISA PLC Optimisa plc, the AIM-listed investment holding company, today announces its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2004. INTERIM STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30TH JUNE 2004 CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT The directors present the results for the six months to 30 June 2004. These disclose a profit for the period of £104,000 compared with a loss for the comparative six month period last year of £10,000. As at June 2004, the company retained a cash balance of £260,000, quoted and unquoted investments of £613,000 and a property investment of £156,000. The net assets of the company as at 30 June 2004 were £1,027,000 compared with £792,000 as at 30 June 2003. Net Asset Value per share on a fully diluted basis was £2.81 as at 30 June 2004 compared with £2.26 as at June 2003, an increase of 24 per cent. The directors, in conjunction with the company's advisers, are reviewing a number of available opportunities for the company. One of them is a potential acquisition of a business which generates significant taxable profits. We are particularly keen to utilize the substantial operating tax losses of £1.4m available to us and capital losses of over £12m. In the meantime, we will continue to actively manage our investments and liquid resources. " With net assets per share of 2.88 I'd say there is serious bagger potential here. 13.4 tax losses to use worth 4m at 30% tax. And the current 2.88 worth of assets looked fairly valued. Do the sums my friends! | britishb
