23/3/2017 14:59 | Fun fact....Opti reached its 97p all time high at close on November 12th 2015. The market did not know or have a clue about skin at this time. In march 2016 we were informed opti would use its investors funds to acquire 73% of skin ip from Manchester university for £650k. (This cash was from Optis cash reserves specifically and only raised for the development of its plans for the development of the optiscreen, optibiotics and weight management divisions) Since this period we have been now notified of Optis intent to list this recent purchase as a company with its own focussed team and cash resources in the region of £5-15£m whilst retaining a majority holding on listing at a higher price than what was paid for the initial investment. An additional bonus and the creation of an entirely new company that has itself massive opportunities.Get shares or not opti owns %40 and we own opti.... still think we will get something though | riskybusiness1

23/3/2017 14:41 | eddiegoldstein - Whilst it's kind of you to ask for my thoughts on Angle, I rarely discuss or disclose my investments these days. I have given some of my reasons in a blog post back in January 2016:- Best of luck with all your investments though. | michaelmouse

23/3/2017 13:17 | Many peeps will be well aware of OPTI's 10 bagging from IPO at 8p up to 80p in 18 months. SKIN many well perform just as dramatically. Like OPTI, it will float with a very small valuation because it too will not require much initial funding and so number of shares will be limited. Thus I anticipate big demand for the shares on listing and a multi-bagging performance over the rest of this year. Which will be fantastic for new SKIN holders AND fantastic for OPTI holders too. Buy OPTI. And Buy SKIN too - imo. | someuwin
23/3/2017 13:14 | Parob .. please include the mandatory words "rocket" and "moon" in those statements. thanks | onedayrodders
23/3/2017 13:13 | Sorry ... can you repeat that again elrico ;o) | onedayrodders
23/3/2017 13:01 | 1-1, 1%-1%, same either way. The quote I used was from TW. OPTI retain c40%, while 30% is used for the IPO. That is my understand after having it checked. I agree with Someuwin, so it is my last comment on the IPO, if only to save me from repeating the same mistake I did yesterday. :) | elrico
23/3/2017 13:00 | Agree SM. This is going to sound ramptastic, but this feels and looks like it's ready to take off!Could move quickly with any buying pressure... | parob

23/3/2017 12:52 | Things starting to get very interested no here. I've added a few but if funds allowed I would be buying aggressively. There seems to me to be a buyer in the wings. S | shrewdmole

23/3/2017 11:45 | A cream to fight MRSA not far away? | diamond fibre
23/3/2017 11:40 | Too much over-analysis of the IPO process going on imo. We will find out on 5th April. But seeing as SOH is the largest OPTI shareholder I am happy that he will be doing it the best way to get maximum benefit for all shareholders. | someuwin
23/3/2017 11:39 | Another thought :- OPTI have said one share for every one held so If say SKIN has twice as many shares as OPTI each share given would really be equivalent to half a share leaving OPTI to hold a percentage. Or perhaps some scheme similar! | barrieb
23/3/2017 11:27 | How can OPTI give away their 40% holding to us? I am sure it just wont work like that as I am sure OPTI will want to retain their 40% stake and our gain will be reflected in the OPTI share price as the balance sheet is strengthened by the increase in value of their holding. The only other way as far as I can see is if OPTI decide not to retain a 40% stake and distribute their % to all holding shareholders rather than keep it as an asset on the balance sheet. So all the current holders would own the new shares and OPTI as a business holds none. This may be the plan if they are convinced that OPTI does not need any other assets to enable the dynamic growth of the business. | barrieb |
