With everyone having previously been waiting for the 15th to see if GSPC pay or not, now we know that they’re not going to be able to pay by tomorrow do we assume that if the judge doesnt agree to extend the date that the ‘best case scenario’ that everyone has been hoping for eg. 3p has occurred?

BPC was ramped to 7p and last seen under 2p. ANGS was ramped to 16p just last week and now around 11p. This ramped this week and down around 18% today.

Pump and dump merchant - and increasingly better know reputation for just that.

Hey, don't knock ANGS. They are about to test Brockham and if they get 1000 bopd like in two other of the wells that they drilled nearby then a meteoric rise WILL occur before Christmas. Back to OEX, lets hope this work experience Judge covering holidays doesn't want to over rule the senior Judge and throws out this request for more time.

While you have a moment, perhaps you can share with those your detailed "research" and why this is a no-brainer, bolt on, 100% guaranteed 7 to 8p by Xmas? As you were posting just yesterday.

Degsey / Tidy 2 reckons this is a nailed on 7 to 8p by Xmas. A potential delay shouldn't have had any impact whatsoever...;-)

Because of people who bought in yesterday who can't read or do research and jump in then panic sell when mms Rob them. They then worry they will lose more having no idea what the rns means and sell.

If GSPC are awarded extension it will be on the grounds they can give assurance they can fulfil the court demands of paying OEX and give security of future payments. Win win for OEX. We know GSPCs financial situation and so do the court so imo an extension is rather unlikely.

Certainly. Effectively the judge will rule it possibly contempt of court as they had already given their decision with a deadline after months of work on this. Next they will award OEX 100pc of cambay by default. Imo
