You can use all the scaremongering you want but the facts do not change with respect to GSPC not being able to cough up. If the judge vacates their request for an extension then this is going to rocket. If he allows them the extension, they still need to pay up, which they have no money to.

Win/Win in my view.

Lock and load at these levels - I reckon more will jump on as we close out the day.
