Comedy, right, OEX will still need to talk to my brothers the Indian as you graciously stated even if it won or loss, it India not Uk, whatever happens OEX has work with them or another partner, but pls note the state bank of India, bank of India, Bank of Baroda,ICICI bank and rest have said no to extension or lending any more money, unless it another business who bail them out, do you actually see that happening, considering how difficult it's to move money to place to another, the government would ask questions,

What could possibly go wrong? Align research are pumping this. Buyer was told to beware. Nothing has changed. Why would they pump it? Because they are holders :(

Babbler, agree, but India courts could give another 15 days extension if Minsters of Gujarat ask the court on behave of the PM, without question the PM will not get involved as he's running a country not a state. This group is still a very small pie considering other large enterprises in India, i do know State bank of India have said no, unless the money comes from another party eg business, I cannot see any banks helping out as they're will not be guaranteed by the state bank

The extention time frame is specified in the rns. It's not a few weeks it's 15 days.

Extension maybe, it a normalization in India, but in the end the court will rule on OEX favour, the other group can ask but it won't be able to get the money it needs to take this further, it will need OEX, wait and watch this company move, yes I agree the RNS this morning and the interview, both coming early considering the courts ruling tomorrow, but a RNS wouldn't have come out tomorrow in LSE, I would say there get an extension but it be a short terms like few weeks, but I know from fact that state bank have said no, and when the national bank day no it difficult for any other banks to say yes. India does not work like UK.

well some have been in from low 0.2's...so they have a decent safety net. plus if they have been top slicing they are running free???

like many was not going to wait out the decision thursday as never know which way it will go...but looks like extreme manipulation as seller announced 3 minutes before market opens...and then the hammer dropped re attempt to extend decision???
