Further to the announcement of the appointment of Nigel Sandy to the board of
the Company on 2 February 2006, the following disclosures are made under
schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules:

Nigel Desmond Alexander Sandy, aged 62, owns 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares in the
capital of the Company, representing 0.25 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company.

Mr Sandy has no current directorships or partnerships other than that of the
Company.
