To my knowledge there is no reason why a company incorporated in Jersey cant have the AGM in London. In fact I am aware of companies such as CAPE and PGIL that proves this point. It is probably convenient for them and in fairness the level of private shareholder attendance at most AGMs I attend for small / micro caps are very poorly attended and hence they probably see no reason to change the location.

I am in dialogue with the mgt team over this at the moment and will report back any feedback.

Deanowls - probably true, but that does not exactly help shareholders.

It probably held offshore for tax and legislation reasons, not to prevent shareholders attending.

Dreadful results unfortunately. Cash flow poor and loss making on lower turnover. Expect next results to be better

Nobby - You make an interesting point in them holding the meeting in Jersey, at least it guarantees them few likely to attend. If you are able to attend and put the points of many of us across that would be much appreciated.

AGM confirmed as 17th June. I would like to attend as I share some of the comments / frustrations noted on this board. It would be good for as many PIs to attend as possible and have to chance to discuss with the BoD especially with new management now on board, however, the AGM (although not yet confirmed) is likely to be in Jersey again. I have requested confirmation and suggested a change in location to Cenkos offices in London or a separate session in London (or other more convenient location) for private investors to attend and have a Q&A.

wigwammer:> Call me a cynic but above comment largely as I have a lack of confidence in management who have been being the curve ever since Gib.

2-4years? I see little reason why recovery isn't taking place in 1H15.

Results out - Far worse than expected - management confident that recovery now in place - Will not be holding my breath - Could possibly mark the start of a recovery - Could possibly be a target for a vulture offer at this price Otherwise a 2-4 year hold in the hope (possibly false) that management are correct.

sorry for the delay.
I only have a broker forecast from 10sept 14 .
Eps 12/14 0.4p,12/15 1.1p.
Cenkos says that they have taken a conservative approach to forecasts & that Ngr could grow strongly from current levels.
I believe Ngr was set back 6-12 months and that 2015 will be a profitable year due to increased sales of CTUs and Gibraltor rebuild later in year.
I'm holding on having been v disappointed with progress so far .
share price is assuming v .little and will bounce if they become profitable again.
what I'm also interested in is whether the il price will increase the interest in Ctu's to reduce cost.

My thesis is that Dart will benefit from the near halving of the oil price and purchase of euro cost holidays massively. The only issue is we don't know when.
I do know that they will benefit from fuel savings 15/16 but I don't know how much .i spoke to an analyst who thought they would have bought forward all their fuel for at least the summer season.they must spend at least a third of their airline sales on fuel. Sales this year will be in excess of £750m so £250m seems fair. Remember Dart has old ,fuel inefficient planes .Even if they only benefit from winter fuel savings of say 20%, then you could be looking at £20m savings with the real benefits to come 2016/17 .lastly, I don't believe the seat prices will fall much because their margins are less than they were for many years and they will be keen to hold on to savings as much as possible. Also, the proportion of holiday customer seats is rising nicely from 30% last year towards 35/40% which can only be good for average seat prices remaining firm.
I have had my doubts about Dart and sold late last year for over £100k profit but am back in and will average down where necessary because I think the savings (as I and Tiger have alluded to in the past ) are huge . It is a matter of when not if providing our Saudi friends maintain their output .

Buffetteer - do you have a recent broker forecast? I hold and have done for a number of years - current valuation looks attractive indeed. Recent cash injection of circa 25% of companies market cap also helps. Would you mind sharing your outline thesis on why a new investor should be buying at the current price?

Positive news this morning - suggesting management are confident that a line has been drawn, and growth prospects in the oils and gas division remain strong. This is reinforced by share purchases by a number of directirs. This year will also see the inclusion of the ctu/stu contract from december, delayed into 2015, which means comps should be fairly easy to beat.

"Specifically, whilst the Company has a significant pipeline of new opportunities in its Oil & Gas division which it is working to convert to long-term contracts, revenues from the contract outlined above will now fall outwith the current financial year and will be deferred into 2015."Bored, frustrated, panicked, impulsive investors = share price fall.

Wig, true, BUT, the loss is the main thing that affected the price. From Profit to loss = share price fall. Remember, profit warnings come in three's, so punter sold in their droves.

Buffeteer,Two things have held the shares back:1) the unfortunate accident at the Gibraltar site, which created uncertainty. 2) the purchase of ISD, paid for through a dilution at 50 pence (not 13 pence) and which has subsequently been written down. They are evidently putting both issues behind them. The core technology is a good one and they have made significant progress with it over the last 5 years - growing installations and recognition, and broadening the sales network. They have fixed and liquid assets and a positive cash balance. At 13p, I'm buying the legacy nature group plus ISD for circa 60% of what they paid for ISD alone 5 years ago. If it wasn't for the collapse, and then the collapse on the collapse, I wouldn't be here.I think the reaction to the last RNS was also overdone - the missed expectation is largely because the contract they confirmed is to be booked in 2015 not 2014 - hardly worthy of a 30%+ collapse in valuation IMO.

Buffeteer, well said. Costs need to be cut dramatically. We were all set for return to profit. Now large loss.

The real sad thing is prior to the ISD acquisition(which was more like a reverse takeover) this little company was tightly managed with a turnover of 7 million and pretax profit of £1.5 million.Ok the fire in 2011 was a major disruption but you would have thought they would now be on the right track. Now look where we are with turnover falling although they are investing in new projects ,margins squeezed and management making a 1 million loss on approx 18 million turnover

Yes its valued at £9.9m when fixed assets are £9.7m & net cash of £1.2m.This lowly valuation can continue for a long time unless they start to hit expectations rather than dash them every update .
I will ask them why they aren't cutting costs rather than awaiting for a pick -up in demand.

Daft valuation.Trades at roughly the price of net cash plus the depreciated cost of the vessel fleet. No wonder mgmt have been buying.
