What funding is sorted? Never having seen this company before. After a quick read of the RNS. Some Monies are available to aid the company in its turnaround plan.

So no funding sorted, just a LITTLE working capitol available.

To be fair Dave I think NGR not a bad punt today. They are not going bust now. Enterprise value on the US operations not far off covers market cap. Much larger and more profitable division is Rotterdam. That would be worth a lot more. Check out how much director buying there was earlier in the year and at much higher levels. Oil price higher. If they can land some contracts in oil space then multi bag possible.

Looks like the appointment of a turnaround specialist / troubleshooter:

Nature Group PLC (AIM:NGR), the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, is pleased to announce that René Verbruggen has been appointed to the Board of the Company as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Mr. Verbruggen has extensive experience as an executive director in a variety of industries. He joined Royal Dutch Shell plc in 1985, working in the Netherlands, Oman, Central Eastern Europe, the Russian Federation and the UK in various financial functions. In 2001, he joined ISS Facilities Services NL as CFO and in 2006 he joined Smit Internationale, Marine Services as CFO, during which time it was listed on the Euronext Stock Exchange. From 2008 onwards, René has been working with private equity in a number of companies as an investor, executive director and non-executive director with specific focus on turnaround management.
