the 3 rns's today equare to £2.7m at 1p so expect more RNS's as the placing was for 3.4m

Irrespective of whether they make an offer or not, it will fly, i prefer them not to make an offer unless its cash upfront and for over $30m.

We need a few things:

Confirmed, stable flow rates(hopefully above 12,000bopd)

CPR results and more info on the gas in aje which is the prize

Confirmed funding for phase 2( off take agreement)

I also think we will be bidding on more assets in Mexico as Stefan has alluded to this and it would probably be used from the recent placing as £3.4m is enough to reduce debts, admin expenses and a bid on 1 or 2 assets in Mexico. I suspect phase 2 is quite a long way away and will probably be funded via an off take agreement and or Reserve based lending. Once again does anyone know when the next bid round is in mexico? thanks

They could be using LEAL as a vehicle for something - this group of investors has taken up 85% of the equity there -

So whether they will increase their % here or some connection to LEAL in terms of their holdings all will be known soon enough -

offer for MXO? personally I do not think so just yet

at $60 oil, this would mean a increase of 50% in net profits from oil sales us, at the moment we would be making profits of $4.5m USD per year at $60 we would make $6.6m USD in free cash flow. at $75 oil we would make around $9m USD per year,

If oil gets to $75 in a year or so and we double up production from say 12,000 to 24,000 in phase 2 that would mean profits per year of over $13m per year.

This is too cheap and this is why the 4 Chinese guys (Hon included) have bought 28% of the company, i dont think they are looking for 50% or so rises, clearly they are looking to multi bag

Great news and they are all from the company , if you read the RNS.. it states the name of the company "Jim nominees" on the RNS's.

It's looking very likely that they are going to make an offer, if they cross 30% they would need to make an offer, so far between these 3 individuals and Hon they own 28.8%

A sale would be good but will we get all the cash in one go? unlikely and tbh i don't trust Stefan with all that cash. if they keep the asset then the day to day running is out of his control.

Obviously if we get a good sale over $30m and half now and half in 6 months then this would be great but either way i think we will see this finally breach a penny tomorrow and hopefully stay there until we get confirmed flow rates, hopefully above 12000bopd which will see this fly, not forgetting to cpr results for AJE, the gas is the main prize here not oil as per panaro's CEO, we should get more info on this fairly soon in the summer
