Mexico totally gone after all that fund raising for 2+ years ! Tecoluta now not justified either. I warned about it being the 7km2 old field that it was and no reserves attributed.

Nigeria sale unlikely and if they did all they would have is a part cash payment under the structure outlined. Totally unbelievable that in over 5 months the buyer has not paid as much as $100k deposit never mind been able to pay the $2m initial payment that MXO said was coming in on the 14th March, the same time as they diluted the company 100%.

More funds needed for Phase 2 and now on the cards. If they don't cough up, the real danger is their share of the asset is forfeited.

As I said earlier in the thread, they hop in and out of assets at the drop of a hat and they did the same with their set up of North American Petroleum (Napp).

They are not oil management material and simply don't have a clue.

Burning about £3m/yr, so either another placing soon or a refinancing is urgently needed for the circa £2m current liabilities.
