Socktrade. If you read my previous posts, you will find out I was right about the placing.Don't get too excited about the Aje . Wait for a "competent" report. Lagos is not exactly Niger Delta.

Flow test results must be this week you don't put 3.4 mill in at a premium unless they have blown the doors off

How can it be another Mexico when we are already producing 10,000 bopd and hopefully will increase this in the coming weeks, a very poor attempt at deramping

""........ as a result of the Placing, we now have the flexibility to do so IF this is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders."That word "IF", going by the reputation of this company, spook me.Nigeria could be another Mexico.

AP it is excellent news, look at the MC and look at how much we are producing.. this is ridiculously undervalued and 3p is defo on the cards short term once we breach 1p

30% dilution somehow classed as good news.Lol of course it was at a premium, a very small one, and for a reason.Well at least they've got more funds to spend like the last funds they spent.

Excellent news, why? well firstly it's at a premium and these investors are not stupid, they would never pay for a premium unless they know something we dont, i can easily see 3p on the charts but 1p must be broken.

Most people who were on the sidelines will buy knowing there will be no further placings short term and money coming in, remember the wells are pumping oil every day since the 3rd of May as per the panoro conference call and once we get stabilised flow rates which imo should be north of 12000 plus income in the bank from the oil it will really motor on

This is good news. The placing is at a premium (1.0p per share) which gives a strong vote of confidence from the new investors and underlines their view of the Aje asset. Furthermore it gives MXO the flexibility to fund the stage 2 development, so it no longer makes sense to sell the asset certainly for the low figure of $18 million. They know what the Aje field will deliver and unless an offer was truly outstanding, it makes no sense to go from the certainty of revenue to looking for another asset with any money received.

I have no idea what they have approval for, but according to Panoro's Conference Call detailing the results, they "have been producing oil into the FPSO every day since the 3rd of May".

I do not think we are on continuous flow yet..they have not flow tested the well yet and have not received approval....

FPSO Commissioning activities are being finalized, focused on preparation of
the 72 hour production test for the FPSO to go on hire, which is expected to be conducted in the near future

Stabilized combined flow rates
will be determined in the coming weeks, in conjunction with final mechanical optimization, commissioning, and the Nigerian
regulatory approval process.
