Entry into service agreement with Eventim UK Limited

Music Festivals plc (AIM: MFP), a company which owns, develops and produces music festivals, is pleased to announce that it has today entered into a three year service agreement with Eventim UK Limited ("Eventim"), a UK subsidiary of CTS Eventim AG, a leading international ticket agency for concerts, festivals and other events. The shares of CTS Eventim AG are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The primary ticketing agent agreement is for the provision of ticket sales through the Eventim sales channels, including the Internet and call centres that are contractually linked with Eventim at competitive market rates with market leading technological support in ticketing.
