07/3/2017 13:53 | CFRO - welcome. Today mms are just mugging off the 10 minute traders. Quality will prevail here. Mogp rns releases are like buses too so expect further news regarding contract wins. (Hint hint MBG still to release news of new contracts under Slough HQ data centre phase 2 and 3 hint hint cough cough). CAF are market leaders and will have a pipeline of contracts ready to go.The strategy is clearly paying off. | mikeh30

07/3/2017 11:15 | A2 is comedy gold....talking down a share he says he holds | king kong dong
07/3/2017 11:14 | Good to see you here Ic2. Remember you on SPE at the lows | mikeh30
07/3/2017 10:56 | After waiting patiently for the share price to retrace from the strong open, I have taken a position here. Excellent trading update which confirms that the positive results and progress reported last September is continuing and would seem to be strengthening. The CEO and his team are making good progress following the restructuring at MBG since 2015. Todays trading update should provide the catalyst which will be seen as a turning point in the charts imo. | interceptor2
07/3/2017 10:48 | A25 by any chance would you like in cheaper? | mikeh30
07/3/2017 10:30 | Could finish unchanged today? | a2584728

07/3/2017 09:39 | Aye....some institutions might take an interest here....small cap funds etc. | king kong dong
07/3/2017 09:23 | Few traders to shift first but 3p within 8 weeks | mikeh30
07/3/2017 09:18 | I hope you are right, what's your time scale? | a2584728
07/3/2017 09:17 | I'm pleased to have held onto my 1.3p's - even if it has taken since early 2015, and with a few dips since then f | fillipe
07/3/2017 08:47 | £5.9m contracts in the bag. Order book ahead of schedule. Results to probably exceed market expectations.3p first target no issues. | mikeh30
07/3/2017 08:46 | if they keep winning multi million £ contracts and margins are healthy, I dont see why not | king kong dong
07/3/2017 08:42 | Look I hold loads of these above 3p and no one wants them higher than I do. I have attended many presentations and done mounds of research. It's all imho. Cant see it getting above 5p ever | a2584728
07/3/2017 08:40 | Because they know the business, they know they are market leaders and know what they can get. This floated at over 10p so IMO they are also looking after shareholders, hence why they went for the founder shares and not dilution. | mikeh30
07/3/2017 08:39 | I wonder if the £3m "put in" by the directors ever cost them anything or were they free many years ago when the IPO took place. I wonder? Let's see where we go from here. MBG will have to go imho. | a2584728
07/3/2017 08:38 | You get bellends with any board.....we have ours. Perhaps someone could explain why they never set the benchmark at a sale of £10m then as opposed to £20m? | king kong dong
07/3/2017 08:37 | The Directors of Group are pleased to announce that both CAF and MBG traded profitably in 2016.That's all you need to know A.So much for loss making like you claim | mikeh30
07/3/2017 08:35 | Now who shall I believe....A2584728 or the directors who have put £3m on the line. Ummm....let me seeeeee..... | king kong dong
07/3/2017 08:31 | This company will never be sold for anything like £20m. It's too small and growth is limited due to Kingspan running this market. Acquisitions to open up other markets are required. If it sells for £20m I shall double it lol? | a2584728
07/3/2017 08:26 | Leeman - trades on nex/isdx your but is on there | mikeh30
07/3/2017 08:24 | This is why the company being sold in excess of £20m has great importance... RNS: 7th June 2016 The Directors of the Group have, since announcing their intention on 24 April 2015 to remove approximately £3m of Loan Notes that were originally granted to Graham Read and Andy Collins in October 2008 from issue have taken advice from specialist advisors and are satisfied that they now found a way of achieving their objective that will not have an adverse effect on the Company. The Directors accordingly announce that at the AGM of the Company to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 29 June 2016 at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 100 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BN, resolutions will be proposed to give the Company and the Directors authority to the convert all or part of the remaining Loan Notes into founder shares of £1 each ("Founder Shares"). The Founder Shares will not be quoted on any exchange or carry a right to vote or to receive a dividend. The shares will carry the right to receive, collectively first an amount equal to the amount of Loan Notes swapped into Founder Shares by which the consideration arising on a sale by shareholders in Group attributable to Connaught Access Flooring Limited and/or Mountfield Building Group Limited exceeds £20m. | king kong dong |
