CAF""The successful completion of this contract has cemented its position as one of the very few companies able to undertake access flooring contracts of this nature. This is evidenced by the record volume of tenders for the supply and installation of raised access flooring for prestigious new developments in and around London. Conversion of even a small proportion of these tenders will provide a significant contribution to turnover over the next 2-3 years""""All the hints are there

Thanks for the welcome chaps. After I bought my tranche today there were only a maximum 100,000 available left to buy online (at the higher price of 1.57p from memory), so it may be that any overhang which has been holding the price back has almost or entirely disappeared.

yes I recall that £3m debt converted, but the shares never re rated & haven't done for many years...somethings holding this little dog back....can't work it out what is though!

I recall FCRM went from around 1.5p to 12p, but now on another market

Look at how they wiped £3m debt off the books! It wasn't through a fundraising, they converted to founder shares realised only in a sale >£20m. They will not want to dilute themselves unless it's fully beneficial IMO

ok thanks Mike, & yes agree not all placings are bad news

It's always a possibility but not all placings are bad. They may even wait till they have enough cash to purchase outright. Nobody knows, but with the top dogs having a lot of skin in the game, I doubt they want to dilute themselves

But would they not require a placing

"continue to explore acquisition opportunities"

Acquisitions are the quick way to £20m trigger sale valuation

From the half yearly"""Its remains the intention of the Group to extend its business activities and continue to explore acquisition opportunities in the market.""""So increased profits, rebranding and acquisitions to come.Only a matter of time before value is realised. Some chunky sells have been absorbed and replaced with some sticky holders. This is tightly held and with several (including myself) looking to increase holdings. This at 1.2 was, for me, similar to PEG at 12.

Pleased to see you here rivaldo....

I wondered why the offer had increased and guessed there must be a buy transaction that I couldn't see, same happened to my buying yesterday.

I agree that the best way to start buying a company like MOGP is to start small and slowly increase as conviction or news flow becomes stronger. If I go in too strongly sometimes I find it psychologically difficult to hold on.

Cheers mike, I always forget to look on ISDX/NEX.

Given the early March trading statement, do you expect the 2016 results to be out a bit quicker this year than in prior years?

I bought some of these at 1.47p this afternoon and single-handedly caused the immediate uptick :o)) The trade isn't showing yet.

Looks like a company on the up and with ambition. Not bought a huge initial stake - it is only a £3.7m m/cap after all.

Reminds me of PEG actually. Unlike you lot(!) I still hold PEG from the 10p days and will be holding for what could be a lot more. MOGP is another stock which I'm buying a tad nervously at first, but will add later as I get more comfortable with it.

We have to think what this is worth. - £3m debt wiped out with founder shares only realised with a sale over £20m- several large contracts out for tender for both MBG and CAF- predicted PBT of £900k - £1.1m- restructure of company complete- rebranding to be announcedPersonally this is £10m mcap minimum. Aimho of course Directors have skin in the game as below:Graham Read - 83,520,000 ordinary shares - 32.85% of the issued share capitalAndrew Collins - 32,300,000 ordinary shares - 12.70% of the issued share capitalPeter Jay - 23,500,00 ordinary shares - 9.24% of the issued share capital

Yes I do regret bailing on PEG when I had done so much research. Should have followed my conviction there. Anyway MOGP WILL come through."CAF achieved a profit of GBP397k during the first half of 2016 (H1 2015: GBP321k)."Interestingly enough the net assets of CAF on its own are £3.65m

I can remember you mikeh30 from the PEG bb. Like you and interceptor2 i traded the stock in a very similar manner. First buying at 10p then selling and buying back in again at 18p and selling for a quick profit..

I now realise the folly of my decision. :-( and really wish i had held on.

I can remember you posting up all the probable contract wins that PEG could feasibly win but in those early years nothing ever came through and i did question the management whether they were ever capable of pulling those contract wins off...

..However, it is clear now that they were capable is just things took a little longer than we all would like for the contract wins to come to fruition.

I do agree that we might have a similar situation here as PEG but hopefully contract wins will materialise a bit quicker.
