02/3/2017 09:48 | 1.05p to buy now could be a great opp to top up before any update ... there's plenty going on here as per website . Just need an auto-da-fé to the market . | jakleeds
01/3/2017 19:01 | Looks good. Some good new case studies up too. Now if only we had some news.............I am still happy to wait here and add if I feel necessary. Sometimes your biggest winners can take patience.I have been invested in KENV for years now. First purchase at around 5p when no one was buying and bought upto 7p when it gained a bit of interest. It crashed to 2.5p on brexit and then a discounted placing leaving me heavily underwater. Kept adding knowing it has something and now comfortably trading between 13-15p. (Looking for min 30p)This is not a ramp on KENV as it doesn't need it just an insight into my trading mentality with this one. Yes it's boring, yes it has minimal volume and no news flow with no momentum. Could this change with one RNS? Yes of course and that's why I'm still here because I know it has something. If it drops further I will add as I still have my 3p initial target here. How long it takes I don't know but it will be worth it!! | mikeh30

28/2/2017 16:33 | Given the non-reaction in share price I could understand that but the trade type was 'O' - shouldn't it have a type such as 'B' or 'M' if it was broker to broker? | gleach23
28/2/2017 16:09 | Doubt it . Broker to broker most likely. | jakleeds
28/2/2017 13:25 | 1000000 buy ? | mikeh30

23/2/2017 15:55 | "The Directors of the Group have, since announcing their intention on 24 April 2015 to remove approximately GBP3m of Loan Notes that were originally granted to Graham Read and Andy Collins in October 2008 from issue have taken advice from specialist advisors and are satisfied that they now found a way of achieving their objective that will not have an adverse effect on the Company. The Directors accordingly announce that at the AGM of the Company to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 29 June 2016 at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 100 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BN, resolutions will be proposed to give the Company and the Directors authority to the convert all or part of the remaining Loan Notes into founder shares of GBP1 each ("Founder Shares"). The Founder Shares will not be quoted on any exchange or carry a right to vote or to receive a dividend. The shares will carry the right to receive, collectively first an amount equal to the amount of Loan Notes swapped into Founder Shares by which the consideration arising on a sale by shareholders in Group attributable to Connaught Access Flooring Limited and/or Mountfield Building Group Limited exceeds GBP20m." That is the end game | mikeh30

07/2/2017 12:36 | Agonised at length this morning about whether to top up @ 1.22 but just did. Business definitely seems on the up and trading statement is imminent. From reading posts here, a few have sold out of impatience which is not a bad thing when considering a top up. The thing I agonised over was the lack of any recent contract announcements. GLA edit - it did at least put the quoted Bid back to 1.15 lol. What's more though is that the Offer is now up to 1.32 online | gleach23
03/2/2017 10:24 | Update Monday? It more than doubled after last February's update ... | jakleeds |
