29/3/2012 21:37 | Masses of media coverage...with the constant mantra of ' options include a significantly dilutive equity raise'...let's just take a quick look at that phrase....The Major Shareholders in MCHL control 33% of the shares..(we PI's are of no significance....and most have bought in recently anyway)....whereas the Major holders, Ie, Schroders, bought in at 250p and 400p..Prudential circa 273p...Standard Life @ 240p and 174p....then we have Henderson and HOF...something or other. When Grant Rumbles talks of 'Significant Dilution'...he ain't talking to us minor, fly by night, quick buck merchant PI's...but the true backers of MCHL the Institutions....the pension fund managers, etc. These are the boys that MAY have to take the 'hair-cut'...bareing in mind that he may still require their assistance with regards to an issue of some sort having already paid an average of 250p a share equating to circa 94m GBP between them for a company that's currently valued at less than 10m GBP..(baring in mind that Mouchel floated at circa 145p)..This is already beyond the definition of 'Significant Dilution'...and a tricky one for Mr Rumbles. one of many... 29/3/2012 17:26 | If anyone followed you Sally then thats there own fault! Not sure I'd listen to someone who cannot even find the caps lock button on a keyboard. You have made yourself look a real tit. I'm still in and staying in. It's a gamble now really but i'll hold for the long term and see. In hindsight i should have sold yesterday for a small loss but fancy the bid rumours to get the price going again at some point. Will teach me to invest in companies with lots of debt but have made money here in the past. All the best to those holding... | acefromspace

29/3/2012 14:41 | I still think someone is accumulating and the drop in share price has allowed them to get their average down. Should they get to a 30% holding, they will have to make an official offer. £4-5m would buy 30% of the company at a 12p average for 35M shares. Buying 30% now on the cheap would enable an enhanced offer. Offering a price of £1 would cost another £79M. Paying down the debt, another £80M, and they end up with a debt free business worth much more than £165M paid. Even at 50p take out, the whole business including debt would cost £125M if they accumulated 30% on the cheap. Costain have £600M for acqiusitions and must be tempted. I think it is why the share price is being managed. It got too high for those accumulating and the repeated mentioning of debt for equity keeps the share price within a range for the buying. | whoppy
