01/8/2012 09:24 | Will it get relisted after september? If you are getting 1p per share as a dividend and a "special" one at that surely the price of the shares on relising and a 1p dividend is worth more??? | johncraven
01/8/2012 09:23 | what a classic short this would have been | 2bung
01/8/2012 09:11 | What a sorry tale. How Bo Lerenius must be wishing that he accepted that bid from Costain. Makes him look ridiculous now - a fallen city grandee. The saddest thing is for the people who work for the company who have seen it decimated by inept and incompetent management. | cisk
01/8/2012 09:08 | 'Following payment of the special dividend, shares entitled to the special dividend will be repurchased by the Company, for which Shareholders will receive no further payment' -so run that by me again - once special dividend is received, the company will 'repurchase' shares for which shareholders will receive no further payment. Shouldnt that be reworded correctly to something more like: 'following payment of the special dividend, shares entitled to the special dividend will be compulsarily acquired by the company for no further consideration' - as it certainly cannot be defined as any form of purchase as no payment is involved.... or have I read it wrong? 01/8/2012 08:57 | whats the worth selling if you are a holder.. surely you should hold and maybe the company may be healthy when relisted | narindg
01/8/2012 08:53 | SALLY1 made a huge loss and sold out a couple months back when it was double-digit share price We took the p1ss then so probably don't need to do so again now. Seems the only possible winners here are rumbles and his cohorts. Hopefully the major holders won't vote for this deal as it was obvious from day one that this was shearer/rumbles intention. | pikey01
01/8/2012 08:48 | Where's Sally1?????????? | strutt12
01/8/2012 08:26 | Got out of this a couple of months ago at a massive loss, and whilst I think Rumbles should have acted much more quickly to do the restructuring, the real villains here are the previous management who so irresponsibly steered the ship on to the rocks in the first place. This interview with former chairman Lerenius makes interesting reading now including the almost unbelievable last sentence "I will not do stupid things in relation to shareholders." | spot1034

01/8/2012 08:10 | Why is it that everytime a company goes down you get rampers trying to push stocks? "If you lost money, You might like to have a look at ?????, but as always do your research before committing a single penny." W4nkers | graham2405
01/8/2012 08:07 | I hope my posts on this company were of benefit to readers - (being a once employee of the company.) Commiserations to all who lost money and did not listen to one or two good posts from various ex-employees, myself having made and lost money on Mouchel, comming out a couple of 1000 ahead of the game. Overall Mouchel are a good company and provided and still give a good service to the client, but the evidence is that the business acumen side was lacking and they did not add to shareholder value. Its probably fair to say that global financial crisis was of no help. If you lost money, You might like to have a look at Iofina (IOF), but as always do your research before committing a single penny. Mr Magpie | magpie99
01/8/2012 07:37 | very mild miti, very mild. | highlyirrational
01/8/2012 07:18 | So we get a penny then our shares are worthless? | highlyirrational
01/8/2012 07:17 | wow, so a penny for the shares, and only worth that until delisiting in september. What a shame. Limited value alright! | paulmurphy777
31/7/2012 22:08 | Probably a RNS 7am tomorrow I presume? | knigel
31/7/2012 21:33 | Sorry Nathan, I have no new information. 31 July 2012 was their own self imposed deadline to complete the restructuring which tied in with the extra cost of failing to do it by 31 July i.e. now are due to pay GBP8.0m where as if they completed it by today a fee of between zero and GBP3m was payable. Clearly the bankers could let them off but why would they, they are trying to get their money back or at least most of it if not now sooner rather than never. Will the banks insist on zillions of new shares issued to them or will the company find a white knight to take the assets and the company to go into a pre-package administration / liquidation. Either way its the end of the road for the company in its current form, just waiting on the company to announce the outcome when they know themselves. | fastbuck
