08/3/2017 10:02 | That's a lot per tonne! But how many tonnes can they find??? | btfd
08/3/2017 08:00 | From this mornings RNS "Completed a petrographic study on the Lagoa Salgada project highlighting the presence of ABNORMALLY HIGH levels of indium in the evaluated ore zones (Note: Indium is a mineral used in touch screens and flat televisions technologies as well as solar panels. Indium currently sells for US$570,000 per/tonne)" $570,000 per Tonne !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | wolfcub
06/3/2017 12:43 | Tick tock on these sellers. Wish they would drop it into the 7's to really stimulate buying and clear them | scyther
03/3/2017 09:51 | Nice bounce this morning from a ridiculous low point. This has got multi-bagger written all over it, I for one am glad I am fully loaded as I think 15- 20p range is not far away then with news who knows....but it wont be 8- 10p again :) GL all MALFurions :) - anyone that plays Wow will know who that is lol. | wolfcub
02/3/2017 13:27 | Anyone have any contact with the BOD here? | scyther
02/3/2017 09:12 | Nice bounce today, after the shenanigans yesterday :) news due any day now. | wolfcub
01/3/2017 20:59 | I've no idea why they sold mate! One thing 27 million volumes in 13 trading days 90% off the company. Back to back placing 25% higher off each other days apart. Peel playing both sides off the bid and ask very strange. Any buys the price drops,December rns hints what they could have. This is Europe not Africa infrastructure in place.check the neighbours massive production I think copper here will make a few heads turn. Gla it's been a hard week | overthebridge
01/3/2017 11:59 | If results where known why would we have two separate sellers as the tr1's yesterday showed? | scyther
28/2/2017 19:42 | 25.457m volumes last 12 sessions! So why will it be held down ? That's nearly all the shares in issue. Who is accumulating and why ? IMO it's a bit leaky and results are already known.Dyor my targets 50p minimum,Who remembers slog at 3p ? Check the neighbours and the production it's some off the largest in Europe. Gla something big is about to happen imo. | overthebridge
28/2/2017 16:26 | Three existing shareholders have just declared in 3 RNS's that their shareholdings have decreased. So they all thought it was worth taking some money off the table at those high prices. This is definitely a share with potential but the share price will be held down if these placings continue. Pick your time to buy carefully to get in at the best price. | 888icb
28/2/2017 15:35 | Brilliant summary on lse courtesy of poster only1neuron - thank you --- MAFL focuses on investing in large, liquid businesses and projects in the precious metals, mining, commodities, oil and gas sectors. We imminently expect drilling results from Lagoa Salgada. We have many positives in favour of a rerate of our share price including:mm ✅Just completed 2 placings which saw £650,000 raised..we are soon to find out why 👌🏼 ✅Over £1,100,000 cash in the bank ✅NO DEBT – unusual for an AIM listed company ✅£200k+ PROFIT on activities last year – even more unusual for an AIM listed company ✅Very limited free float - calculated 9 to 11 million shares (28 to 35% of 31.4m shares in issue). When this blows….it will be very, very difficult to get on board for the ride. ✅A 49% stake in TH Crestgate which has the Lagoa Salgada project on the Iberian Pyrite belt. This project has a potentially massive Copper Poryphyry play in addition to Zinc, Lead, Gold, Silver and other valuable metals. (SOLG have a porphyry) ✅Indications of excellent drill results at Lagoa Salgada and await confirmation of a Joint Venture partnership. ✅A significant holding in privately held Cap Energy. Cap de-risked its projects in 2016 and is highly prospective to strike oil across a possible 4 exploration wells. We hold stock at a very profitable 28% below CAP’s equity finance fund raise of April 2016) ✅109 million shares in stock market listed Ferrum Crescent. We sold Toral and Lago Zinc/Lead projects (via TH Crestgate) to Ferrum Crescent for £326,500 cash and shares. ✅Significant ETF holdings in Silver and Gold which have shown double digit percentage gains ✅Appreciating stock holdings in Glencore, ASX listed Independence Group(Gold/Ni), First Quantum (Cu/Ni)and TERN plc. ✅Very lean business – only 2 Executive Directors on the BOD, compared to 5 or 6 in comparable AIM companies. Directors only taking £50k per annum in wages. ✅Globally respected board of directors with experience of over $35 billion in mining based financing and decades of experience in selecting exceptional mining/resources investments. ✅BOD hold c.30% of MAFL. Unsurprisingly, Jacques Vaillaincourt’ In my view there are not many better investments in AIM currently based on: A. Business fundamentals B. Market forces C. Exceptionally experienced BOD IMHO, DYOR | wolfcub
28/2/2017 10:20 | Other site down Fair point Coli. But whatever, if these funds are heading for TH Crestgate or Loan notes or JV then the Board new they needed these funds about two weeks ago at least. And if that's the case they knew they had a rationale for further heavy investment, which means the speeding ticket is a farce. ALL IMHO, guesswork and DYOR | avizandum
28/2/2017 08:16 | Nice one Overthebridge. Wish I had had spare funds available ! | wolfcub
28/2/2017 08:13 | I bought all available sub 11p via broker account. 180k all the loss stock | overthebridge
28/2/2017 08:08 | Can sell in volume this morning, but difficult to buy any :) Blue today I feel ! | wolfcub
28/2/2017 07:55 | 888, talking about a 'good return' if you had bought on numerous occasions since your deramping crusade started here you would have also made very 'good returns'. 10p placing is now nigh on 100% higher than what this was trading at two weeks prior so a nice base is forming. | keya5000
28/2/2017 07:51 | 888 not offered to private retail clients of Beaufort so not a choice for 99.99% of their client base. | keya5000
28/2/2017 07:48 | Perhaps I am overly cynical but if you took the 8p placing shares 8 days ago they were put on the market yesterday. You could then have sold those shares yesterday for 12p and get them back for 10p in the second placing. Unless you are a client of Beaufort Securities it will be sometime before you make a good return on these shares I suspect. | 888icb
28/2/2017 07:41 | It gives me confidence that larger investors are happy to take the shares when we know news is close. They would not be buying in if they did not think there would be a healthy return on their investment !! | wolfcub
28/2/2017 07:34 | It's only 3 million shares tho,and results are still due | overthebridge
28/2/2017 07:31 | Another placing 8 days after the last one and the day after the shares from the first placing were admitted to the listing. This placing is at 10p to raise £300000. When companies use this approach to funding it is not usually good for the share price while the placings continue. | 888icb
27/2/2017 21:47 | Ignore findley, Ask prem holders. He was deramping at 0.2p and now look. Thats just one example among many | jungmana
27/2/2017 19:00 | Findley probably looked at 1 rns. | baz9707
27/2/2017 18:04 | Findlay , Really?? They picked up an ex Rio prospect that's had 20m spent on it. It's what I call shrewd business men. Buy low sell high. Wait till thanKV terms are thrashed out!! | gimmetheloot
27/2/2017 17:33 | I would say 1m in cash after rating and selling zinc etf. | baz9707 |
