The Company announces that following the receipt of a conversion notice from
First Colonial Investments LLP with regard to an unsecured loan stock
instrument dated 17 December 2007 the Company has issued, conditional on
admission, 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each.
Application has been made for 6,000,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 27 March 2008.
Following admission of the 6,000,000 ordinary shares, Microcap will have
114,941,002 ordinary voting shares in issue.
